2023-09-26 02-19-00 CAN'T MOVE again. Head and eyes VERY HEAVY. Being FORCED to lie down when my bed is CLUTTERED with items that I was trying to sort earlier. 2023-09-26 03-30-22 CAN'T THINK and EXTREME HEAVINESS and PAIN shifts back and forth on the top of my head and the back of my neck. I had to put my (makeshift) thin copper-lined hat back on to help alleviate some of the PAIN. CAN'T focus while trying to finish sorting the clutter on my bed due to this NONSTOP TORTURE with a NAGGING IDEA (and accusations) to HURRY UP and just PILE everything (like trash). 2023-09-21 01-31-01 Woken up by a VERY PAINFUL urge to pee. I had set my phone alarm to turn on after 30 more minutes. Felt VERY SORE ALL OVER my upper torso. Stomach seems like it's BLOATING and having INDIGESTION and HUNGER PANGS at the same time. Had to lie back down. 2023-09-21 06-39-00 Woke up feeling VERY STIFF in the knees and all over. It's NOT even cold. Room feels STUFFY and WARM as soon as I turned off the small fan. My eyes seem to get HEAVY again after I got up and turned off the light at the door.   Felt HEAVY in the chest and had to lie back down. As I did so my nose start to get VERY ITCHY and RUNNY and had to sit back up.   I also had to readjust and tighten the cable wrapped around my forehead to help diminish the HEAVY-SORE or WARM feeling that's causing me to SQUINT and have a hard time keeping my eyes open. NAGGING idea that it's due to the pancakes (with oats) that I cooked (properly in corn oil) and ate with sunny side-up eggs (olive oil). 2023-09-11 00-59-31 Cable TV service suddenly LOST it's signal about an hour ago. Still NONE right now. Before the TV screen BLACKED OUT, the it STOPPED RESPONDING to my remote control. Right shoulder and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL again.
