Hips still VERY PAINFUL and feels BLOATED when I get up. CAN'T move my legs properly and without feeling any PAIN.

NAGGING idea that it's due to the pancakes (with oats) that I cooked (properly in corn oil) and ate with sunny side-up eggs (olive oil).

These perps almost ALWAYS give me some INDUCED health PROBLEMS EVERY TIME I try to eat or do something NEW.

Right upper arm and shoulder HURTING AGAIN. The PAIN is coming from the back side of my upper arm just above the elbow. The side of my right shoulder blade (along the flank) is also SORELY AFFECTED.

Right arm and shoulder, etc. still HURTS. PAIN diminishes when I put a digital device against the skin of the affected areas.  

Problem is the device (an old tablet) which I have pinned under my arm is too bulky so I CAN'T keep it on or strap it on to consistently relieve me of some of the PAIN.

Getting SHARP STABS on the bone (along the back of my elbow) of my right arm when I try to wash something now.  

CAN'T BRUSH my teeth (for about a week now) due to these NERVE TORTURES.

Woke up. VERY PAINFUL urge to pee promptly starts while FORDING me to EXPEL just before reaching the toilet bowl.

Nose ITCHING and SNEEZING NONSTOP.

CAN'T RECALL having woken up earlier except that I turned off my makeshift light to the hallway (hallway lights get turned off by 5 AM and it's still dark).

Nerve on my right cheek where the broken molar is located is CONSTANTLY SORE and TENDER to the touch.  Last night, its surrounding teeth were UNNATURALLY VERY SORE.  It momentarily stopped when I started thinking about writing about it.

Electricity bill went up from Php835 to Php927 despite news that the power company has SWORN that consumer bills and rates will go down starting last August.

Lately, the TV still GOES ON-OFF when a small appliance (50w or below) gets plugged or unplugged. It STALLS to get on when the fridge auto starts.

LOUD and FAST DRIPPING of water starts (as usual) from a window above (falls on top of the aircon cover of another window below it which is right in front of mine) when I searched for an email address to LODGE a COMPLAINT about this and found a government email address instead.

Lower back and hips VERY PAINFUL specially when I try to get up.  

I CAN'T GET UP and walk a few steps without feeling any PAIN STABBING my hips and back since I woke up this afternoon and my food went SOUR before I could eat it.

Now I have to cook again but my back is EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL.

About an hour ago, sudden VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee started with CRUSHING PAIN around my hips and lower back PREVENTING me from walking as I stood up PAINFULLY.

As I stood STOOPED DOWN to keep my legs together and my urine in while waiting for the PAINFUL URGE to wane so I can finally walk, something in my bowels was FORCED to open and I started URINATING in my underpants in a RUSH.

I started SCREAMING BACK.

It was brought to mind, for me to report, that I DIDN'T pass the exam I took for an online job being offered by a company who claimed to be from the UK.

The score I got was 146 (which was far too low than what I thought I would get gauging the simplicity of the exam). The passing score, according to the email, was 150.

ITCHING on the top side of my head starts NOW. Followed by the sides of my head which had gotten curiously SWEATY when all I did was arrange a few dry food items on a shelf.

RAVENOUS and PAINFUL feeling in my chest while a STRONG PUNGENT smell of STINKY food being cooked is FILLING my room.

I only cook simple meals that DON'T SMELL like soy sauce or vinegar, or cheap meat but my clothes had started to get SMELLY and STINKY due to these perps' FAKE EFFORTS to make me cook.

I have been eating cereals and popcorn since the EXTREME PAIN in my hips started, with repetitive NAGGING and ACCUSING ideas that it was the wheat and dairy that I had been eating recently (to save money) that's CAUSING the BLOATING and PAIN in my hips.

I had to start SCRIMPING due to the remotely induced RAVENOUS appetite TORTURES had become more FREQUENT, combined by the sudden HIKE on my electricity bills (about Php300+ higher now) which started 3 months ago.

Before, the perps were ACCUSING the plant-based protein meat, that I had substituted for animal meat, as the CULPRIT causing my stomach to BLOAT (with LBM) even when I had been eating said products for OVER 6 months already with NO such side effects except when the perps are doing their ESCALATED (large-scale including CLOGGING and FLOODING my drains, etc.) TORTURE ROUTINES for some GODDAM reason again.

Some minutes ago, sudden VERY PAINFUL urge to pee had started (AS USUAL) even when I just urinated about 15-30 minutes ago. I had NOT even drank any water yet.

SHARP PAIN followed when I started to empty my bladder. It promptly diminished when I started BANGING the door of the toilet.

The HIDING perps are (as usual like to COMPLICATE matters by) using this to push for their UNCLEAR or UNCONFIRMED political or business (and HIGHLY CORRUPT) agendas when I try to address this SIMPLE issue with the people in charge of maintenance, who despite the practical and simple nature of the matter, decides to ACT OUT (like local corrupt politicians do when trying to hide their asses) when explaining and referring to some unheard of internet company (referred to as "converge") as the one to BLAME for my cable service woes.

Right hand, shoulder and armhole growing VERY SORE and PAINFUL AGAIN as I stand up to wash some dishes to prepare a meal.

Starting to get that HEIGHTENED HUNGER PANGS, UNNATURALLY PAINFUL stomach, and VERY WEAK upper torso muscle feeling with ON-OFF PAIN in my chest, neck and head that STOPS me from thinking, or even standing up.

I have not had any meal yet since I woke up yesterday morning due to such WEAKNESS and NERVE PAIN ATTACKS which is always in constant OPPOSITION to these UNNATURALLY and EXTREMELY PAINFUL HUNGER PANG ONSLAUGHTS (like I have NOT eaten for a YEAR).  

It's ALWAYS so goddam PAINFUL when such remote TORTURES start that I CAN'T even think and move AT ALL.

I only have a meal ONCE A DAY now. I have a snack after I wake up and when I am being TORTURED again that prevents me from standing up.

This has been my eating habits since I was let go from an online job (of 2 years) and still NOT getting HIRED in the same capacity for more than 2 years now.

Had to put some PRICKLY HEAT body powder on it to cool it down a bit. I had an anti-UV cap on when this occurred.
