Lower back spine CAN'T seem to raise itself up or I CAN'T FEEL it  2023-12-26 09-18-47 Still trying to keep awake. Had to eat about 500ml of ICE (with chocolate) to keep awake. Earlier, VERY SORE NUMBING PAIN while washing dishes and a pot (to cook rice). Have NOT had a meal since I woke up yesterday afternoon. Had to speak over a microphone to TALK about the PHONE remote HACKING, as well as the PAINFUL TORTURE on my chest and neck to make them stop. But I can still feel a LINGERING SHARP WARMTH at the back of my ears. 2023-12-22 09-51-51 Woke up. VERY PAINFUL urge to pee. I could BARELY get up. VERY SORE all over.
