2024-11-05 13-26-04 Feeling STUCK AGAIN like my whole head is WRAPPED in a SUFFOCATING blanket and my brain CAN'T MOVE. 2024-11-05 15-41-12 VERY PAINFUL URGE and RUSH to pee as soon as I got in the toilet. Toilet bowl VERY DIRTY (remotely INDUCED to move my bowels this morning) and still NOT FLUSHING but just goes down VERY SLOWLY. Had to start using a water PAIL or BUCKET. 2024-11-05 17-07-16 Packages were brought up by one of the guards (without notifying me first) while I was having a meal. 99oookiokooo99o9 These parcels were OVER DELAYED from getting picked up (by me) as I couldn't STICK to my ROUTINE and personal SCHEDULED plan of having them brought up (once they've accumulated at the guard house) due to these NONSTOP TORTURES. Once I look at the UNOPENED parcels STACKED against the door, I get a VERY WARM (almost BURNING) feeling in my head, overall bodily HEAVINESS, and/or a HEADACHE.
