Back of head, neck and my whole back is VERY STIFF and SORE but I am UNAWARE of it until I make a sudden unplanned movement.

Missed a package that DIDN'T seem to appear on the marketplace app tracker. I have been counting and recounting the packages that were getting delivered since I woke up yesterday mornig.  

I DON'T KNOW how I could have possibly missed it.

Dehumidifier was on the whole time I slept.

Left upper arm all the way to my hand and wrist EXTREMELY PAINFUL until I tied metal bands (with magnet) around them.

I just bought some items online. One has a Japanese brand (more affordable compared to other brands I checked).

VERY PAINFUL and STIFF hips and lower back when I tried to get up from the bed to use the toilet.

I could BARELY straighten up my back.

Still CAN'T get up and stand up long enough to cook a meal. 

Feeling RAVENOUS but PAIN in my head and chest starts when I am able to stand up despite my HIGHLY STIFF and SORE back and legs. Have TROUBLE BREATHING and I feel DIZZY and WEAK.

All I can do is eat some cheese from the fridge.

I can finally get up but when I go to the kitchen ITENSE WARM feeling on my face particularly the eyes start. Head starts to ACHE AGAIN.

I tried to stand up again some minutes ago. The SEARING sensation on my face was gone but my hips were still VERY PAINFUL and STIFF.  

Based on experience, if I tried to do something the PAIN USUALLY gets WORSE. It's like some kind of BAIT wherein these TORTURING perps ACCUSE me of really wanting to HURT MYSELF by proceeding with what I want to do even when I know that the PAIN is still there.

I went back to sit on the bed and just played on my phone. Left hand VERY PAINFUL particularly the bone of my thumb and forefinger.

The 2 pale spots on my arm, near the elbow pit, are getting more VISIBLE again.

Tried to get up again, legs and hips still VERY SORE and STIFF.  Lower back is VERY HEAVY and SORE like there are BRICKS tied around my waist.

Just finished playing on my phone.  Sides of my head and eyes still VERY SORE.  Have NOT HAD any MEAL since YESTERDAY MORNING except some leftover spaghetti, nuts and slices of cheese.

I am NOT being TORTURED with INDUCED hunger pangs or ravenous CRAVINGS.  

I did get NAGGING FLAK (sounds like a female) over and over "in my head" that I should start cooking, which I tried but still got TORTURED in my lower torso and extremities.

Idea came to mind to explain why I bought the Japanese branded item even when I know it would make me go over my budget. 

If I didn't buy the item (a small appliance) the NAGGING idea in my head WON'T stop insisting on the merits of buying something that will last longer (and make eating more enjoyable) than just saving money to buy INSTANT food and (specialty) snacks which are proving to be MORE expensive, specially with the SUDDEN RATE HIKE (almost 50%) in my electricity bill.

I am also getting the "idea" that the local perps around here are the ones CONSTANTLY trying to make it appear that it's the Japanese who are after my neck ergo the sabotage on items with their brand or store's name on it if I buy them.

VERY ITCHY hairline around my face all the way to the back of my neck.

It started some minutes ago, soon after I finished cooking rice. 2 of my (low-wattage but cool enough) electric fans were on and I DIDN'T FEEL hot or warm at all.

It was when I sat down on the bed that the back of my neck (along the hairline) started to ITCH and felt SWEATY which has now turned into a FULL BLOWN ITCH all over my scalp.

While being PAINFULLY FORCED to lie down tried to charge a speaker before doing so. As I was plugging it in, an IDEA entered my head that I have to do it really FAST or I will start to have PAINFUL urges to pee.  

As soon as I got that idea, the SUDDEN URGE to pee started.

Woke up. FORCED to sleep without letting me turn off the makeshift exhaust clip fan (on the door) first after cooking a meal last night. I got the idea that I can just wake up after a few minutes of rest by means of my phone's alarm.

While waiting to avail of a very limited (time-sensitive) voucher, VERY TIGHT and SORE feeling in my chest started, even when I DON'T feel stressed or nervous AT ALL.

This is NOT the first time these perps have INDUCED this NERVOUS-WRECK like feeling even when I DON'T feel like it AT ALL.  

They FREQUENTLY did this when I was still working in an office and when I took a psychological exam in a seamen's travel agency, (with the Israelites' flag displayed on their shelf) recommended (as cheaper) by a sister's colleague, to PROVE to my family that I WASN'T DEPRESSED or suffering from a psychosis (schizophrenia) as I was WRONGFULLY diagnosed by a perp doctor.

I took a battery of tests but a big portion of the results was based on a drawing exam. NONSTOP HEAVY palpitations, this WEAK and PAINFUL feeling in my right arm and shoulder, and this COLD TIGHT HEAVY feeling in my chest made it VERY DIFFICULT for me to draw the picture/s properly.

The test results confirmed that I have a MILD FORM of schiz or a STRONG TENDENCY to have one. My sisters FORCED me to take medications again.

The perps eventually HEIGHTENED the feeling to full-blown PANIC ATTACKS when they were FORCING me to go out and RUN AFTER or LOOK FOR, while GUESSING where or who are, their stinking perp drivers.

Had DIFFICULTY standing up awhile ago but I was able to and had rearranged the unopened packages so I can reach the kitchen counter with my arms to cook a meal.

I was BARELY finished when the EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND SORE feeling at the top of my head started (sides of my head wrapped in a cable).

Had to sit down ASAP.

Private area also started to ITCH. Felt like something MOVING or TWITCHING around it.

Private area continues to get IRRITATED. Eyes getting STUNG too and I CAN'T FOCUS them and had to keep moving them to relieve the SORENESS.

SPRAYING sound at the end of the hallway. Right nostril and palate starts VERY ITCHY and SORE. Aggressive noises since I woke up this morning.

PAIN and TENDERNESS in my molar's gums and cheek muscles diminished somewhat when I wound a cable around my face to cover it.
