Earlier, VERY SORE NUMBING PAIN while washing dishes and a pot (to cook rice). Have NOT had a meal since I woke up yesterday afternoon. Had to speak over a microphone to TALK about the PHONE remote HACKING, as well as the PAINFUL TORTURE on my chest and neck to make them stop. 2023-12-01 02-36-12  CAN'T stand up. Both thighs feel UNNATURALLY WARM. 2023-12-01 02-47-04 Sudden SURGE of EXTREME PAIN to pee while locking the door. Had to DROP EVERYTHING to go to the toilet.
