If it's not ants being INDUCED to CLIMB up my dried-vinegar soaked stool, it's my right (or left) upper extremities getting remotely TORTURED.

Left back molars VERY SORE too even when I have NOT eaten anything sweeter than dried berries and nuts. CAN'T even TASTE the berries.

The PAIN promptly disappears when I move my head from side to side.

PAIN that "seeps" through the cables momentarily diminishes when I make NOISES.

Teeth ON-OFF PAIN while unboxing (standing up) a heavy package that's BLOCKING the doorway and whatever space left on the floor to the kitchen. 

Upper side of left foot which was still DAMP after I did some washing (dishes) in the toilet got PAINFULLY STUNG (there was no ant) while I was putting away the packages.

STRONG smell of OILY food being cooked coming from outside the door (or window, or both) and filling the room.
