Newly bought cream cheese from an HONEST seller tastes authentic this time, until something in my nasal passage got BLOCKED so much so that the ONLY TASTE I can DETECT is salty a few minutes later.

Left eye getting IRRITATED. The IRRITATING STABBING (or STINGING) feeling diminishes when I put on a (makeshift) protective pair of glasses.

Earlier, right upper arm EXTREME NUMB PAIN diminished when I wrapped a pair of magnets around it.

Still awake and trying to cook an ingredient for a sweet dessert.  

Earlier, almost KEELED or FELL FORWARD while trying to reach inside a pot (over the CLUTTER or PILE of boxes on the kitchen floor) to mix the food I was cooking.  

Felt something VERY HEAVY on the back of my neck and head. CAN'T CONTROL my legs or knees either to regain my balance. They seemed to have GONE STIFF or I CAN'T FEEL them anymore.  

DIDN'T feel DIZZY or DROWSY either.

I was able to put up my hand on the sink counter in time to push myself back up before CRASHING onto the floor and the boxes and plates piled on top of them. I started SHOUTING.
