2023-08-01 01-12-11 Head starts to HURT as soon as I get up despite the makeshift protective hat I have on. 2023-08-01 02-16-58 Head and eyes VERY PAINFUL when I stand up. Eyeballs feel like they're being STABBED. The PAIN continues even after I sit down. 2023-08-01 05-41-03 Head continues to HURT. CAN'T stand up or do much. Sudden LOUD NOISE outside the window with JOLT to my chest. 2023-08-01 06-59-56 HEADACHE continues and now joined by a VERY ITCHY nose. 2023-07-26 04-26-38 FREQUENT sharp PRICKS on the side of my left leg. TV also kept going ON-OFF on a particular channel. 2023-07-26 06-32-18 Left side of scalp VERY ITCHY. 2023-07-26 08-19-23 Head VERY HEAVY again. Eyes DROWSY. 2023-07-26 09-55-29 Back of neck VERY HEAVY SORE and PAINFUL. Started to get DROWSY as I wrote this. 2023-07-21 04-56-09 Woke up about 2 hours ago. 2023-07-21 12-48-31 Fell asleep again and woke up a few minutes ago. VERY PAINFUL urge to pee promptly started. 2023-07-22 02-04-14 HEAVY WARM and SORE feeling around my head all the way down to my shoulders. SORE and something that feels like BUZZING all over my eyes and ears.   It feels like I am walking or moving in a TRANCE and CAN'T see well or UNAWARE of my surroundings. All my extremeties feel WEAK and NUMB and I almost got my right forefinger caught in the cabinet door. 2023-07-16 03-27-17 Just finished washing at the toilet due to SOILED underpants AGAIN. The EXTREME SORENESS on my lower torso had diminished since I started wrapping even my lower ab and backside with some (DIY) protection. But the perps can still FORCE me to pee and remotely induce my urethra to INVOLUNTARILY open up.   I SHOUTED back (like my head was about to BURST) at these TORTURE -SABOTAGE CONTROL FREAK perps this time. Some dh at the hallway said something like "tama na" and I heard someone talk over a two-way radio. Toilet bowl still FLOODED and EXTREMELY DIRTY but not as smelly until after about 30 minutes of siphoning the water out. The STINK also smells more like PIGSTY despite the laundry powder mix I pour in to prevent the water from stinking too much. I found this EFFECTIVE UNTIL RECENTLY. 2023-07-11 04-06-03 FORCED to sleep with VERY PAINFUL and SORE legs and lower back.   Woke up some minutes ago with same VERY PAINFUL urge to pee which "REACTS" by getting even MORE PAINFUL and INSISTENT when I am already in the toilet.   It only diminishes when I step out of the toilet and make NOISES at the door. Toilet bowl still FLOODED and VERY DIRTY and when I siphon some of the water out (so I can sit on it) a STRONG PUNGENT ODOR starts. 2023-07-06 01-10-23 VERY PAINFUL urges to pee start when I think about SIPHONING out the DIRTY water in the toilet bowl. The PAIN INCREASES in intensity when I am in the middle of drawing the water out even when I DON'T really feel like peeing at all due to INADEQUATE water intake.
