I could BARELY get up or open my eyes when I woke up twice yesterday morning.

A HEADACHE and a VERY ITCHY and RUNNY nose follows.

These TORTURING perps are INDUCING me to get sick with the FLU or something like that.

The movie I was watching (and getting HEAVY INTERFERENCES) had finished. As soon as I stand up my head starts to HURT AGAIN with POUNDING PAIN.

While trying to prepare a small meal something PAINFUL moves AROUND the back of my head (from ear to ear) EACH time I move or walk.

It's causing me to get VERY TIRED all of a SUDDEN.

While washing some dishes have TROUBLE BREATHING. It makes stooping down on the toilet bowl cover to pickup the dishes even MORE DIFFICULT.  

Having some form of INDIGESTION when I have NOT even had any meal yet except for a few usual snacks.

Feeling HEAVY with UNUSUALLY STRONG palpitations

Nose CLOGGING UP for NO reason.

Had to fix the (cheap) plastic trolley I recently bought to organize my garbage (PILING UP) as I still CAN'T go out to throw out the garbage myself. It's about to KEEL OFF due to its flimsy roller legs and the INCREASING WEIGHT of the garbage unless I throw them out soon.

BANGING NOISES start outside the window and the door below.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
