Silent No More

2019-08-30_08-37-51 Woke up about 2 hrs ago.  NONSTOP RUNNY NOSE. 2019-08-30_10-20-06 Lower ab, hips and back HURTING ON-OFF when i MOVE AROUND.  Trying to PARALYZE ME. 2019-08-30_11-04-38 Feet FEELS COLD.  VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower ab. 2019-08-30_23-37-36 Nose OVERLY STUFF when i self-talk (short period of time only) as i rest before going to bed after pet feeding and some maintenance. Feels like there's GRAVEL in my nose when i BREATHE or try to BLOW out of it.  Air passage CONSTRICTS which makes WEIRD SOUNDS like MOANING when i BREATHE IN AND OUT. This REMOTELY INDUCED CLOGGING of my nose SLOWS me DOWN when im feeding or doing maintenance on my pets.  By preventing me from BREATHING PROPERLY i CANT THINK and  LOOSE TRACK of time.  I ALWAYS feel VERY LIGHT-HEADED.  I DON'T FEEL like lying down or GOING TO BED whenever i am FORCED INTO THESE TORTURE SESSIONS. 2019-08-25_07-10-11 Woke up.  When i went back to bed I started SNEEZING. 2019-08-25_13-25-31 Fell asleep around 12pm and just woke up.  PAINFULLY FORCED to.  Unable to set a blockade on my door to prevent INTRUDERS while i was TORTURED to sleep. 2019-08-25_13-52-30 Group of kids RUNNING AROUND the hallway nearby and MANIC- GIGGLING and YELLING. 2019-08-24_15-48-37 NONSTOP ITCHING, SNEEZING, CLOGGING and RUNNY NOSE when wind started blowing thru the door. CANT SMELL anything but started SNEEZING ANYWAYS.  CANT BREATHE UNLESS I SNORT. 2019-08-24_16-21-49 Still SNORT-BREATHING when i start to DO SOMETHING.   Head FEELS VERY FUZZY.  CANT THINK.
