Woke up.  When i went back to bed I started SNEEZING.

Fell asleep around 12pm and just woke up.  PAINFULLY FORCED to.  Unable to set a blockade on my door to prevent INTRUDERS while i was TORTURED to sleep.

My sister had arrived without advance notice.

Bridge corner of BOTH EYES VERY ITCHY after HALF-CHOKING AND COUGHING due to a CONSTRICTED NOSE and ITCHY THROAT.

CANT BREATHE PROPERLY.  HEAVY PALPITATIONS.  LIGHT-HEADED.  NO presence of mind or sense of time.

Lower back VERY SORE and NUMB.  CANT SEEM TO SIT STRAIGHT.

CANT SEEM to get myself to DO ANYTHING.

Went to bed.  Nose CLOGGED UP as soon as i lied down.

Toilet still CLOGGED and DIRTY (moved my bowels this morning).

Woke up with a VERY STUFFY  nose.  My LOWER BACK and all around it to both hips HURTS when i BLOW MY NOSE.  Its like im PULLING A MUSCLE.

CANT USE LAPTOP or GET ONLINE as readily when kitchen electrical outlet GOT BUSTED.  Had to use extension for cooking in the kitchen instead.  BIG HASSLE AS EXTENSIONS had to be RE-ARRANGED and SPREAD OUT all over THE FLOOR to accommodate kitchen use.

Extensions (2 with only 3 outlets each) had to be plugged in one to the other due to one outlet's CRAZY FLUCTUATIONS.  This arrangement is already VERY LIMITED and the NIGGERS still had to SCREW the outlet in the kitchen (where extension for laptop, charging mobile devices, and the elec fan is CONVENIENTLY plugged into).

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
