Woke up.  Nose NOT CLOGGED.  But started SNEEZING after a few mins (coincided with a loud-mouth starting to talk below). 

Nose CLOGGED again.

Lower back starting to get SORE.

Moved my bowels.  Toilet bowl CLOGGED.  Legs STIFF and WEAK.  Lower left ab SORE.

Decided to leave and just buy food.

Lower back and left leg VERY SORE as i left to get my sister's stove (to replace our busted one).  Didnt want to use our spare as it is also OLD and RUSTY.

But due to EXTREME SORENESS, STIFFNESS, WEAKNESS, PALPITATIONS, HEAVINESS and BREATHLESSNESS I totally FORGOT to get my SISTER'S KEYS until i HAVE ALREADY LOCKED myself out.

I had to GET BACK IN (reopen locks etc) to get my sis keys.  But now that I'm in i am STARTING TO GET TOO TIRED.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
