Some minutes ago, right arm was REMOTELY STABBED NUMB causing my hand to LOOSE GRIP while picking up a small object. The object (a small sd card adapter) went FLYING into a deep corner of the bedside.  

While looking for it, STRONG PAINFUL and NUMBING SORE sensation started ALL OVER my upper torso with EXTREME chest SORENESS starting while I was BENT DOWN looking for and even while finding and picking up the object.

All the while a VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee starts.  

My speakers (wifi/Bluetooth capable but both TURNED OFF) WON'T TURN ON so I can play some LOUD AUDIO to JAM the signals.

LOUD comedic (or provocative) to tunes has also started to play outside (door). The tunes change to high or low in SYNC to the start-stop NUANCES of my writing.
