Soon after, tried to SIPHON MOST of the FILTHY WATER out of the toilet bowl so I can use a drain declogger. Plunger (used many times) CAN'T DECLOG the bowl either.  

FOUL SMELL of the WATER is like DECOMPOSING FISH or SQUID, and TOO DARK like MUD from the wet market.
