Apparently, my sister never closes the main door (with double locks) before going to bed. Only theTATUI screen door (with a lame snap-on lock) is locked. She HATES the IDEA when asked about that.

Having INDIGESTION or BLOATING and HEAVY PALPITATIONS soon after I ate food cooked by the canteen outside.  

My sister made an arrangement with them to order everyday provided they would use my sister's cooking oil. It went well for about a week (without INDIGESTION syptoms) until now.

My sister's and mom's stomach don't seem to mind as much, even prior to this arrangement so they couldn't tell the difference whether the cook was using cheap repacked cooking oil (from the wet market) again or my sister's provided oil (branded standalone bottle).

IDEA that my appetite is getting DAMPENED so I won't eat too much.  

But it's this DAMPENING or CONTROLLING my system that's SCREWING everything. If they're PISSED OFF for whatever reason, they would FORCE me to GORGE on food or to eat EVERY FEW minutes.  

They also use the DARN THING to make me have LBM for NO REASON, except to GET BACK at me.

I started to get NAGGING IDEAS that the pans were STOLEN by the TRESPASSING perps (kids) again with a TIGHT feeling and HEAVY PALPITATIONS in the chest, trying to FORCE me to get MAD as I continue to look for it.

Having stomach TROUBLE again after a few days (or a week) of eating meals cooked by a home- canteen in the neighborhood, supposedly still using my sister's provided cooking oil.

Eating "ULTRA-PROCESSED" fish chips now to counter the RANCID TASTE in my mouth and the SORE BLOATING in my stomach.

Warned my sister too about the food, who CAN'T seem to TASTE the DIFFERENCE despite her tendency to have acid reflux over junk food.
