While washing food containers in the toilet awhile ago, PAINFUL STABS on my forehead and left temple started.

NOISES I made near the door made the PAIN diminish.

It has started AGAIN (on my left temple) as I wrote the above.

Woke up with a VERY SORE and STIFF upper and lower back. I could BARELY get up.

A dh stood by the door ASKING someone, who whispered ALOUD that it's ok.

Lips have a new set of WATERY BLISTERS or SORES. While trying to medicate them VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee start.

VERY PAINFUL and SORE right shoulder, chest and upper arm for MORE THAN an hour now.

Earlier, while trying to order some food online, stomach, chest and throat VERY SORE like I have ULCERS and VERY HUNGRY at the same time.

Have RECURRING short or fleeting FAINTING spells even when I am NOT really that hungry.

Started to get VERY HUNGRY too. But while I eat, I suddenly CAN'T TASTE the food or it tastes WEIRD and I immediately feel BLOATED and CAN'T BREATHE.

ROACHES (big and small) start DARTING to my chair as I eat.

So DROWSY and HEAVY in my chest and upper back that I CAN'T stand up to do ANYTHING.  

But when I lie down I CAN'T BREAYHE6. The sound SCRAPING in my stomach is like a dh coyly MOCKING, or NOT CONVINCED with what I just wrote.

Woke up SHIVERING UNCONTROLLABLY even when it's WARM and sunny outside. Having HEAVY palpitations too.

Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee then I was FORCED to SOIL myself without even feeling it.

Heard a female perp outside the door (or inside the opposite room) say "ayaw niya," "galit", etc. My phone also starts to ACT UP.

Left thumb joints SUDDEN INTENSE PAIN, and center of CRACKED lips (still full of UNHEALED sores) VERY SORE until I used a laser beam to SCOUR the room.

Toilet bowl water has cleared but still NOT FLUSHING normally.

Lips still VERY DRY with liquid coming out from the small SORES lining up the entire outline of my mouth.

Eyes PHOTOSENSITIVE with ON-OFF HEADACHES particularly when the metal band on my forehead is missing or out of place. 

Vision MORE BLURRED with FLOATERS in my right eye more VISIBLE.

AGGRESSION NOISES (banging, short loud slaps, growling, etc.) started.

Head and neck PAIN starts, and felt like PUKING, when I look at my phone as I think about what to do next.

Left side of waistline and stomach starts to HURT when I start to stand up to check on the kitchen CLUTTER.

Felt like my lips are getting SCORCHED again. STINGS all over.

I started to QUIETLY SELF-TALK awhile ago about the past and the MESS that happened, after some female perp said "KASALANAN MO yan" from somewhere above my window.

The SCORCHING and STINGING promptly stops then starts again (once the beam MOVES AWAY) when I focus my laser pointer on the right DIRECTION (on the floor in front of me, sides of the window and door, and right above me).

VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee and NUMBNESS in my hips and legs while FORCING me to pee AGAIN before I could reach the toilet.

A few minutes ago, VERY PAINFUL, and EXTREMELY STIFF and SORE right hip and thigh when I stood up. It was NOT like this just a few days ago even after I was seated for hours.

Also NONSTOP PAIN on my right upper arm and shoulder while I was browsing online.

VERY WARM feeling starting at the back of my neck again as I am being FORCED to sleep after NOT being able to CLEAR ANY CLUTTER at ALL.

I was being TORTURED yesterday as soon as I woke up and COULDN'T DO ANYTHING or any chores. I ended up going online and posting on social media instead for the WHOLE DAY, all the while still being TORTURED on my right arm and shoulder.

Kid-sounding voice somewhere above my window NONSTOP SNAPPING or YELPING at someone since I woke up.

Back molar (broken in half) got even MORE PAINFUL when I brushed my teeth. This time the PAIN came from the molar as if it got OVERLY sensitive to mint all of a SUDDEN.

Yesterday morning, it got TOO SENSITIVE to tap water which was NOT even that COLD.

Some minutes ago, I still had to chew on a piece of GARLIC to try and make the NAGGING PAIN in my back molar diminish. PAIN was coming from the jaw area and causing SWELLING.

PAIN or SORENESS in my chest and head when I start to SORT things that I need to throw or not.  

I get NAGGING IDEAS NOT to throw them away even when they OBVIOUSLY CAN'T be REUSED or I have already FORGOTTEN why I kept them in the first place.

I CAN'T think and my head feels a bit TIGHT.

Feeling VERY HEAVY, STIFF and CAN'T move. PAINFUL if I move and CAN'T BREATHE even when all I did was sort some stuff for about an hour and nothing more.  

I am just HALFWAY into the task when I had to stop due to PROBLEM breathing.

I am still UNABLE to go for a walk with my mother and sister, as we agreed on last year due to the CLUTTER still BLOCKING the door. I CAN'T finish clearing it out due to the CONTINUOUS TORTURE to my head and upper torso whenever I start to, regardless of whether I try to do it day or night.

It's ONLY now that I am able to resume my sorting. But I had to stay awake the WHOLE NIGHT without sleeping even for a few minutes. All the while moving ever SO SLOWLY and could HARDLY THINK as I am in CONSTANT SEVERE PAIN, BREATHLESS, and having HEAVY palpitations.

I had asked my sister to extend her "deadline" til Feb 5. But it was NOT until last night (Feb 5) that my head felt clear and with less HEADACHES. 

It's quite OBVIOUS that these perps had NOT STOPPED their usual CAMPAIGN to DISCREDIT me or make me appear to my sister (and family) of being a LIAR, or INCAPABLE of keeping my word, or STICKING to a schedule or goal.

Even writing this blog is getting to be MORE DIFFICULT right now, and MORE OFTEN than not.
