Someone arrived and entered the opposite room QUIETLY (without the LOUD SCRAPING door noise) some minutes ago.

It used to have that LOUD scraping door NOISE.

Right upper arm, shoulder and elbow (inner side) VERY SORE with ON-OFF NUMBING PAIN.

ON-OFF PAINFUL CRAVINGS. But when I reach for some nuts I feel like VOMITING. When I look at some packages, one of which contains noodles, I feel PAINFULLY TIRED.

The STIFF DEBILITATING PAIN (somewhere or ALL OVER) somewhat relaxed or diminished, and NOISE started from the room down the hallway when I wrote this.

Awhile ago, VERY PAINFUL or SHARP URGE to pee started as soon as I stood near the toilet.

Also, while trying to organize some trash in the kitchen, I SUDDENLY CAN'T THINK or decide on what to do. It's like EVERYTHING is SO CLOUDY with a SUBTLE NUMBING SORE1 feeling at the top of my head. Felt like I was ROOTED to the spot and CAN'T MOVE. 

I was only able to start thinking again after I made NOISES.  

One of the packages (for spine support) was LITTERED with a LOT of ROACH POOP. A dh (late teens or early 20's) started MOCK-SINGING nearby in the hallway.

There's a PILE of packages AGAIN stacked against the door that I am still UNABLE to open due to these NONSTOP subtle (or not) TORTURES.

Stuff suddenly KEEPS SLIPPING from my hands and I CAN'T seem to FEEL or NOTICE that they're ABOUT to SLIDE OFF.

Earlier, it was a fork that I was trying to wash. Now it's a pitcher (half-empty) while POURING water into a water bottle on the (wooden) bed (since there was NO OTHER PLACE to put it on).

Both my hands feel STIFF (particularly the right) since yesterday. Right elbow SORE with an ON-OFF DULL PAIN like a JOLT of ELECTRICITY.
