Woke up about an hour ago with a VERY SORE lower back. Could BARELY MOVE it. Same HEAVY feeling on my eyes causing me to go back to sleep.

Ate the last of the ready-to-eat food packets to stop the INDUCED CLOGGING of my left nose (which was the usual EXCUSE being used by these perps before to make me eat), and I was getting hungry due to some HEAVY feeling In my chest.

But It DIDN'T work for some reason and I am still being FORCED to go to sleep even with a FULL STOMACH which also felt BLOATED. Left nostril started to get RUNNY and still felt like there was CEMENT inside.

After a few trys I was finally able to securely lock and chain the door while leaving it partially open. The PAINFUL URGE to pee then SUDDENLY started (as PUNISHMENT for my going AGAINST the lower back PAIN and DROWSINESS) while a DULL NOISE sounded from the room down the hallway.
