It may be due to the 2 cables tied (just taut enough so they don't slide off) around my head. But it's MORE of the POUNDING sensation (but lesser PAIN due to the cables) that's causing the TIGHT or TAUT feeling.

The other night I was asked by an online payment app to take a selfie for re-verification for some reason, even when I already did about 2-3 months ago.

Soon after the next day, while I was checking messages on a social media app, an ad appeared promoting a skin regimen with the word "haggard" in bold letters.

LOUD ball DRIBBLING starts.  Vehicles BEEPING somewhere nearby (at the gate).

NONSTOP ITCHING on my scalp followed by DROWSINESS again.

Right hip joint and knee getting TORTURED with STIFFNESS and PAIN every time I move.  CAN'T walk properly.

About 30 mins ago, whole of my left arm being TORTURED to get NUMB and WEAK while trying to empty some food (gone bad) from a pot into a bag while my mother waited outside to take it to the garbage collecting bin.

The pot wasn't heavy but for some reason, my wrist and arm started to get VERY SORE and couldn't keep it steady while holding up the pot. Food kept spilling to the floor.  

I couldn't set it down since there's NO SPACE for it on the PILE of UNEVEN boxes STACKED on the kitchen floor.

A BIG ROACH had started to FEAST on the spilled small MOUNDS of food right next to my foot.

The food had suddenly gone bad (normally after 24 hours) in just a few hours after cooking it the other day. The food stopped DETERIORATING when I started to suspect the perps as the culprits.

The perps have been FOCUSING their UV devices on it like they usually do during the summer season (and even when it's not) to SABOTAGE my food so as to make it IMPOSSIBLE for me to EAT ANYTHING that's READILY AVAILABLE as they TORTURE me with a VERY SORE stomach and remotely induced RAVENOUS CRAVINGS.  

More often than not, I would be FORCED to eat the rotten food due to induced INTENSE HUNGER whereby I would then be induced to have LBM.

FORCED to go to sleep awhile ago after I had a snack. The frozen deliveries I got awhile ago have ALL THAWED by now since I left them all LYING AROUND.

Cool breeze just outside the door but for some reason it's SO WARM inside my room.  

The HEATWAVE starts from below the area or threshold where the toilet wall (facing the room) and the inner area (sleeping, living space, etc.) of my small unit meet. It also seems to be coming from below the toilet as it is VERY WARM inside it now, which was NOT the case for the past few days.

As a result, the cold breeze CAN'T FLOW through the room. It's like they had installed hidden HOT AIR VENTS underneath my room.  

It also CAN'T be due to the hot air that was absorbed the whole day and then released just now by the cement floor outside the building. I am located on the 2nd floor so it should be the unit below mine that should be experiencing this.

I don't actually know how these perps did it but, months ago, they managed to make me INHALE IRRITATING (SORE THROAT causing) tobacco smoke for DAYS on end, not thru the door or the window but, from underneath my room.  

It only stopped when I started ro write about it.
