While BLOWING my nose to neutralize my ITCHY right nostril, I felt a SHARP PAINFUL FLICK (like a muscle or nerve getting PULLED) at the corner of my left nostril and just below my eye.  

Right nostril gets INCREASINGLY STUFFY now. Palate ITCHY too.
