Chest and back of neck VERY SORE and PAINFUL for about an hour now. I CAN'T write or DO ANYTHING for that matter except sit down and eat. The EXTREME PAIN causes me to STRESS-EAT.

Phone connection getting BLOCKED too OVER and OVER AGAIN.  I have to keep WAVING my phone around to STOP it from FREEZING or PAUSING ALL the TIME.

EXTREME PAIN making it VERY DIFFICULT and equally as PAINFUL to move as I put away stuff to prepare my bed. I started SHOUTING. The PAIN promptly lessened.

I then started to feel some DULL PAIN in my urinary tract. It felt like I was being INDUCED to pee (before I lie down to sleep) but something was BLOCKING IT. I wasn't quite sure but I went to the toilet anyways.  

As soon as I got there, a SUDDEN SHARP and PAINFUL SURGE to pee started. SHARP PAIN ensued while I was urinating until I made a LOUD NOISE on the toilet door.

I was FORCED to sleep early this morning with the IDEA that I would wake up after a few hours. But I could BARELY wake up due to some HEAVINESS and PAIN until about 10 hours later.
