Apparently my "rest" turned into an ON-OFF SLEEP again wherein I would wake up EVERY FEW HOURS.

My lower back and hips get TORTURED with EXTREME SORENESS when I stoop down to siphon the DIRTY water out. The PAIN suddenly stopped when I think of writing about it.
It wasn't as PAINFUL awhile ago until a dh started to SING OUT LOUD before passing by the door and tried to JOLT or STUN me by suddenly making an ABRUPT REMARK when I was near the door, before he entered the room nearby.
