VERY HEAVY and WEAK thighs and legs when I finally can get up.

LINGERING HEAVY feeling. Previous HEAVY-SORE feeling made me feel really TIRED and BREATHLESS. 

Had to lie down and take a "nap."

Woke up with a TIGHT feeling around my head and a NAGGING IDEA that "they want me to live in FILTH just like they did to my grandmother." 

UNNATURAL PAINFUL urge to pee promptly followed with a SHARP sensation when I urinate until I started making NOISES.

A kid starts SHRIEKING when I turned on the light as I got up from the bed (quite dark in the room as usual) and a couple of dhs started to FLAK as they passed below my window. Another CALLED OUT some janitor's name repeatedly.

Upper right broken molar and gums SWOLLEN and TENDER still. All I did was eat popcorn last night which I had been doing for OVER 3 months now and this had NEVER HAPPENED before.

Top of scalp VERY ITCHY.

PAINFUL urge to pee some minutes ago with PUSHING sensation and SHARP PAIN as I urinate.

Upper right gums and cheek area above my broken molar still SORE and TENDER to the touch.

SMELL of insecticide or gasoline while cooking in the kitchen. BIT my lower lip while chewing.

The PAIN diminishes when I move around or stand up. But gets VERY PAINFUL again when I sit back down or if I stay on a certain position or location for more than 5 minutes.

Earlier, VERY PAINFUL urges to pee started while I was trying to cook something. I DIDN'T even feel like it.

Woke up with VERY SORE shoulders and to the sound of teenagers and kids playing followed by SCREAMING and CATCALLS.

Felt VERY COLD too even when the sun was up and bright and the tap water which came from the building's built-in ground tank reservoir was quite WARM (no built-in heater).

Upper right gums and lower portion of my cheek (right above the gums and side of my nose) are SORE and SWOLLEN inspite of the cable tied around my face and head while I slept.

Woke up earlier with VERY SORE and PAINFUL upper right molars (including the healthier ones). It felt like they were being KNOCKED OFF or TORTURED through the area below my face (underneath my jaw or chin while lying down) that's bare and CAN'T be covered by a cable.

Teenagers or big kids start to play just below my window with LOUD racket or stick SMASHES and STOMPS.

SWOLLEN cheek above my back molars VERY SORE and TENDER. Molars below are OVERLY SENSITIVE.

Meanwhile, there's an ULCER-LIKE PAIN in my stomach as I am being FORCED to eat.  

I DON'T KNOW WHAT I am supposed to EAT now. If I eat something sweet like dark chocolate chips, they HURT my teeth. If I eat what's NOT sweet like popcorn they HURT my molars. If I eat vegetables my cheeks get SWOLLEN.

CAN'T EAT without having STABS of PAIN in my right cheek even when I chew on my left.

The PAIN diminishes when I tie a cable back around my face just above my mouth, then PROMPTLY RETURNS as soon as the cable loosens as I chew.

Upper right gums less swollen. But it is now replaced by a STUFFY nose that gets WORSE whenever I TRY or START to DO something.

I CAN'T DO ANYTHING at all.

Something SURROUNDING both my ears and causing a LOT of SHARP NOISE in my head like STATIC. It also seems to MAGNIFY the sound of the TV making it VERY IRRITATING.

I can also feel some SORENESS or TIGHTNESS in my chest.

I have put the TV audio on MUTE but I CAN STILL HEAR some SHARP HIGH PITCH static sound or feedback.

Top (front and center) of my scalp VERY SORE when touched. It's like my hair from that spot is kept in a TIGHT BUN or being PULLED constantly.

I had tied my hair with a steel clip for a few days but NOT so tight as to cause this kind of PAIN. I also shifted back to a plastic clamp but the PAIN seemed to have gotten more INTENSE.
