Back of head near the neck and behind my ears gets VERY SORE and WARM as I start to organize a few stuff in the kitchen.

Sudden VERY HEAVY, PAINFUL and SCORCHING feeling on my upper back, neck and head. While about to sit down, NAGGING IDEA to look back to check if the main door is adequately covered from pryingtr eyes outside.  

Sudden PAINFUL DIZZINESS took over as I looked behind me while stooping down to sit on the bed. I seemed to momentarily BLACK OUT and suddenly FORGOT about the electric fan next to the bed. The spinning blade SNAGGED the left side of my face BARELY MISSING my eye.

The blade is made of plastic but still TOO SHARP for my left eyeball.

My left foot also stepped on a glass shard that was still left from the recent accident with a bottle, which I misplaced due to this CONSTANT TORTUROUS PAIN in my head and neck.

Earlier, 2 female perps FLAK near a window above.

Woke up around 10 AM with a SORE lower left back molar.  

Nasal passage suddenly started to get VERY SORE for no reason when I woke up earlier. It's not as SORE now but I CAN'T TASTE what I am eating AGAIN.

I am still not finished organizing some stuff in the kitchen. There are plenty of roaches (3 big and many small ones) in one of the boxes.

I am induced to feel DROWSY but I am TORTURED (spine and legs) so I CAN'T stand up to put away stuff from the bed and stool so I can lie down.

So I just played a mobile game since I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. But even then I am TORTURED with NONSTOP ON-OFF HEAVY DROWSINESS so that I CAN'T enjoy the game.

DIDN'T get such BADGERING IDEAS last night while I was being INDUCED to lie down again and again.

CAN'T BREATHE properly and feeling BREATHLESS. Nose doesn't feel clogged but it has TROUBLE expanding after I pinch it.
