A dh said just loud enough for me to hear awhile ago "palabasin nyo yan."

Meanwhile big and small kids SHOUTING and other AGGRESSIVE NOISES went on around here for the WHOLE DAY.

VERY PAINFULLY DROWSY and CAN'T stand up.

Being FORCED to go to sleep again WITHOUT having done ANYTHING except cook some food and TALK BACK and SHOUT NONSTOP to the perps around here the WHOLE afternoon and evening.

I was NOT ABLE to do ANYTHING yesterday morning either after I was PAINFULLY INDUCED to go to sleep with assurances that I would wake up EARLY enough to do some chores. 

I did wake up but was TOO SLEEPY with a SORE and HEAVY back and shoulders to stay awake. The 2nd time that I woke up my lower back was so PAINFUL due to TORTURE (electric fan was off and it was NOT even that cold).

Felt like all around the side of my head was being SQUEEZED really tight that I CAN'T THINK anymore. 

I then realized that I forgot to tie a cable around it. The SORE TIGHT feeling transferred to my eyes after I did so.

Finally woke up yesterday afternoon around 2 PM. Woke up twice. Both times with VERY PAINFUL urges to pee. CAN'T wake up at all due to PAIN in my lower back and in the head (left uncovered), the 2nd time around.

It's RAINING ANTS now and a BIG roach is invading my untidy kitchen.

Been TALKING BACK at the perps for the WHOLE DAY.

ON-OFF HUNGER with PAIN in the head. CAN'T THINK of what to do and once I do another HEADACHE with SUBTLE SHARP PAIN at the back of my neck and MORE POIGNANT feelings of HUNGER start, causing me to feel VERY WEAK and DIZZY.

When I try to compensate by eating more oat cookies, my breathing gets BLOCKED causing HEAVY PALPITATIONS followed by INDIGESTION.

Woke up around 12+ PM with FLAK somewhere a window above.

Sister's AVR which I bought for her just a year ago EXPLODED about 2 days ago after they got back home from staying at my eldest sister's place for a month.  She said 5 sockets got BUSTED as a result.  

Also a food item that I purchased online from a well-known manufacturer (wants it returned) has a hole on its package. Looked like it was slit open with a cutter. Getting NAGGING IDEAS that it was slit open to put RAT POISON in.

I was supposed to cook it as part of my meal this week.

She's angry (and TIRED) right now and WON'T SPEAK to me.

Only 1 appliance (a small 1 door fridge) is plugged into the AVR. Her room (studio no bedroom) is small and unoccupied for more than a month when she (and my mother) left to stay with my eldest sister.

Her door still uses the old knob which the building admin still has a duplicate key to and her screen door lock (like mine) can easily be jimmyed open.

Chest feels TIGHT and SORE with SUDDEN exploding firecrackers.  

Throat and mouth feels VERY DRY and my stomach SORE and HUNGRY.

Sound of the DULL BEATS got even LOUDER when I turned my audio player on.

Kids SHOUTING with NOISE everywhere.

VERY PAINFUL urges to pee when I stood up and made a PAINFUL SURGE that my right foot PAINFULLY LOST BALANCE and almost SLIPPED off the edge of the bed.

Having a bit of difficulty emptying my bowels followed by a PAINFUL-SORE sensation on the left side of my stomach when a NAGGING IDEA starts that the perps are the ones HELPING me defecate and I reply by moving my head from side to side.

I start having LBM.
