Woke up. Same UNNATURAL urge to pee which gets even MORE PAINFUL once I am about to go to the toilet. Also used the toilet earlier when I woke up and didn't drink any water.

LOUD BEAT fast background music (just loud enough for me to hear) playing somewhere below while I was in the toilet causing an echo inside.

TIGHT and SORE chest feeling that's making me FEEL BAD is back after I saw that I missed a (supposedly) high-yield voucher, for NOT being able to stay awake when I woke up earlier.  

I was FORCED to wake up around 8 AM. The voucher was only available at 10.

The LOUD COURSE-MOUTHED dh from upstairs also started to SNORT at the hallway outside when the BAD FEELING started.

Corner of left eye (nose side) VERY ITCHY all of a sudden. Had to use an inhaler to subdue the HIGHLY ITCHY STING. Felt like my eye was going to POP OUT.

VERY PAINFUL urges to pee AGAIN. I had a MENTAL BLOCK and forgot to write about the previous one which was just 30 mins ago. Have NOT drank any water since then.

While urinating, felt something CONSTRICTING and getting PAINFUL inside until I made LOUD NOISES in the toilet.  

As usual, the HUGE PAIN is NOT proportionate to the small amount that came out, which is NOT the case under NORMAL (NOT TORTURE INDUCED) conditions.

DEBILITATING PAIN shifts from my left arm to my exposed hand after I had covered the PAIN POINTS on my upper and lower arm with cable.

This PAIN gets WORSE when I look at my UNOPENED packages.

Just spent about an HOUR just adjusting, readjusting and adding cables around my right arm.

An IDEA enters my head about cooking some popcorn. My left eyelid starts to ACTIVELY TWITCH.

Had to take off the cable tied around my head to my jaw so I can eat. My right nostril starts to get STUFFY AGAIN.

After having a meal, OVERWHELMING DROWSINESS about to start again. I have NOT even done ANYTHING yet as far as chores and maintenance are concerned.

I CAN'T GET UP early enough to do anything other than play mobile games and buy stuff online while WAITING for the PAIN in my upper and lower torso to WANE.  

If it does, and my skull is not getting TORTURED either, I can only wash some dishes and prepare a meal since after eating, I am once again TORTURED into this PAINFUL DROWSINESS and all I can do is go back to SLEEP, after which a few hours later, I am JOLTED AWAKE either by some dh SHOUTING or making NOISES.   

My lower back and chest is getting PAINFULLY TORTURED upon waking up and I could BARELY GET UP while I am being TORTURED AGAIN to urinate. I CAN'T stay awake due to the PAIN in my chest and upper back, either due to LACK of sleep or PURE TORTURE once again, or both, so I am FORCED to go back to sleep.

I finally wake up hours later feeling like I have NOT SLEPT at all. The rest of my day is FILLED with NOTHING else but MORE TORTURE and spasmodic muscle PAIN, joined by NONSTOP INSULTS, SNIDE remarks, verbal ACCUSATIONS, NOISE HARASSMENT or anything else these (asshole) perps could think of to DISTRACT and DISTURB me from what I have to do.

By the end of the day, or early next morning, I would notice that I have NOT DONE ANYTHING at all, and just being FORCED PAINFULLY to go back to sleep ALL OVER AGAIN.

I don't know when my sister (who's financially supporting me since I can't get a job anymore) would come to notice that I haven't been doing any more cleaning and laundering. But when she does, she would RECALL EVERYTHING that happened in the past and suspect that I am REGRESSING to my mentally unbalanced state again.

Left inner ear getting TORTURED to get VERY ITCHY and IRRITATED now. I am instinctively and unknowingly SCRATCHING it RAW until I noticed the nail of my small pinky getting REDDISH.

Eyes SORE and WARM again as I sat down on the bed. NAGGING and COMPLAINING IDEAS with ON-OFF PAIN in my chest or somewhere in my upper torso as I try to take-off a hook from a cable (to help it stay put when I tie it around my chest) with some difficulty.

Went to rest for awhile. Was having an ON-OFF POUNDING HEADACHE awhile ago. Set my alarm to go off after an hour.

Woke up around 10 AM. Did NOT hear my phone's alarm or it DIDN'T go off AT ALL.

Lower back and hips VERY SORE and PAINFUL when I tried to get up. DIDN'T KNOW or CAN'T FEEL it until I tried to reach for my (older) phone. It was charging on a shelf that was on a level above my head.

There was a sudden JOLT of PAIN causing my right hand to loose its grip and my phone went CRASHING to the floor.  

I think I also LOST sensation on my right hand as I felt a NUMBING DULL PAIN on my left hip.

LOUD car door SLAM just below my window followed.

While putting away some stuff in my tiny and CLUTTERED kitchen, VERY HEAVY PALPITATIONS started joined by ACHES and PAINS on my lower back, legs, neck, shoulders and hands. Head was POUNDING and I could BARELY BREATHE.

My hands were particularly VERY SORE and PAINFUL. I was NOT even holding or carrying anything HEAVY. I could BARELY MOVE my fingers.  

Felt VERY SORE and WARM all over. I STUMBLED back to the bed and felt like my fingers on my right hand were about to BREAK when I used my hand to steady myself while sitting down.

I just realized that I had taken off the cable on my upper torso (getting TANGLED or kept FALLING OFF making it VERY CUMBERSOME) and, for some CURIOUS reason, had FORGOTTEN to put it back on prior to doing anything.

Did not feel drowsy after a meal. But when I tried unboxing a package, I promptly felt EXTREME PAIN at the top of my HEAD before I could finish to open another one.

A sudden SURGE of EXTREMELY PAINFUL urge to pee while I was chaining and locking the screen and main door.

This happens in MANY INSTANCES throughout the day for the past MANY WEEKS. The perps just PRETEND to stop for a few hours after I write about it, then does it ALL OVER AGAIN.  

It happens MANY TIMES in a day I CAN'T remember them anymore when I had to do something else.
