Had some leftover spaghetti but still FELT HUNGRY. But when I try to cook some more my head starts to ACHE AGAIN.

Felt something SCORCHING and VERY SORE on top of and the back of my head when I was putting back an item in the fridge (which is right next to the TV and the window).  

I still have both hardhat (with copper sheet) on and a cable tied around my head. But I feel NAUSEATED and WEAK and had to sit down immediately.

It's almost morning and I am AS USUAL being KNOCKED OUT and REPEATEDLY ELECTROCUTED to go to sleep.  

I HAVEN'T DONE anything else except cook food (same meal), eat and watch TV due to this NONSTOP CRAVING and HUNGER like there's a BIG HOLE in my stomach, and ON-OFF NAUSEA and HEADACHES to STOP me from thinking.

Toilet bowl still with VERY DIRTY water ALWAYS left behind. The water goes down but NOT the dirt for some reason.

I was FORCED to take my anti-UV face mask off (also doubles as a cap) due to NONSTOP ITCHING wherein I could BARELY FEEL my scalp when I SCRATCH it but I CAN DEFINITELY feel the DEEP STINGS and ITCHES.

But I PROMPTLY feel PAIN or SORENESS when I gently tap my head like it's SWELLING ALL OVER once the itching stops and my BARE head is exposed for even just a few minutes.

About an hour ago, had a sudden urge to move my bowels. SORE feeling continued to LINGER on the left side of my waistline and lower ab making me feel like my bowels weren't finished yet. But nothing happened.

This went on for a few minutes until the SORE feeling finally stopped. My backside feels MORE SORE than usual afterwards.

Meanwhile I still had to finish defrosting the VERY THICK ICE which had accumulated on my freezer. This was long overdue.  

I started last night and was getting FREQUENT or CONSTANT PAINFUL STABS on my hip and knee joints as I move to and fro.  

Now it's my head that's getting ATTACKED and TORTURED again while I was trying to finish up. I had to ABANDON EVERYTHING and sit down.

Had a nap around 6 or 7 AM after I finished defrosting the fridge and woke up just now.

There's a certain LINGERING or general STINK like something died or has gone rancid. Have no idea where it's coming from but I smell it upon waking up for 2 days now.

Also noticed fine dust or dirt (whitish) particles on my stuff located near the window. There's a strong breeze blowing since yesterday (like there's a storm coming) and the perps might be using that to THROW DIRT outside my window again.

My small plant (located right in front of the screen part of the window) looks like it's FAST drying up even when I water it about 1-2 times a week. I have been neglecting my 2 small tree plants due to the CONSTANT HEADACHES and FORCED sleep. But the other one (located behind the glass part of the window) does not seem to be too affected.

CAN'T get up to prepare a meal. Been trying to get up and stand up longer than 10 mins but I CAN'T MOVE when I am already standing up and I start to get a DIZZYING ACHE in my head with NAGGING IDEAS about what's on TV.

Right upper arm, shoulder and chest VERY SORE and PAINFUL for OVER 2 hours now. CAN'T FOCUS on what I have to do (cook, chores, etc.).

TOO MUCH dirt (or brown mud) in the toilet's faucet filter today. Previously I only need to clean the filter once a day but now I had to clean it twice or the filter gets TOO DIRTY and BLOCKS the water from flowing out.

A mosquito suddenly came out of NOWHERE and starts flying around trying to bite my side which the wind from the electric fan can't reach.  

I have NOT opened the screen door (or the window) for about a week now. Don't know how this mosquito got in.

Just as I was preparing for bed, had to unplug a power extension to make way for another where an anti-mite device was plugged in.  

A sudden WARM feeling started at the back of my head as I got on the toilet bowl seat to unplug the cord from the shower socket located near the ceiling.

The WARM feeling became SCORCHING HEAT when I sat down on the bed causing the back of my head to SWEAT immediately.

The perps SABOTAGED the solitary kitchen power outlet (exploded) years ago (and too EXPENSIVE to repair) which is why I had to use the one located way up in the bathroom.

These perps sabotage my property and then utilizes EVERYTHING that I do which causes a great deal of INCONVENIENCE as opportunities to TORTURE me.

I feel like coming down with the flu. 2 nodes or small lumps on my backside have appeared like I was BITTEN by something.

There's a storm coming but the sun is up with clear skies.

Head ACHES when I drink water that I collected from the kitchen sink faucet filter (supposedly more efficient). Water also tastes lighter but a bit metallic.  

I tried the water collected from the toilet faucet filter before. The water tasted WEIRD and HEAVY but there was no metallic taste.

Still having INDIGESTION for some unknown reason. I only had 2-3 small bowls of boiled oats with milk, leftover cocoa powder and coco sugar. Started feeling HEAVY in the head and CAN'T BREATHE after playing mobile games (and not prior to or after eating).

Ants INVADING the foot of the bed (where my bowl is) and the kitchen counter where I left the milk powder pouch slightly open.

The ants INVASION is followed by mosquitoes FLYING around my face.  

My head and neck still feel VERY HEAVY. Also getting IDEAS that the NONSTOP TORTURE on my head is to prevent the TORTURE on my chest wherein I am being made to feel VERY BAD and RESTLESS to FORCE me to go down.

This is a BIG LIE. Both methods are TORTURE and the ones claiming that they are merely stopping me from being "tempted" to go down are actually in cahoots with the "tempters". They have to CONCOCT this story about "unbeatable villains" so I am the one who has to be CONTROLLED instead.

Vision MORE BLURRED than usual. It feels like some part of my eyes are being SQUEEZED causing the HEIGHTENED BLURRY vision.

Toe and finger nails seem to be MORE brittle than before. They get EASILY chipped or BREAK OFF by themselves more OFTEN now.

I am NOT even doing ANYTHING mildly taxing or laborious except wash dishes, utensils and a solitary pot.

Nagging IDEA that it's the NONSTOP TORTURE by means of induced BLOATING and all types of NERVE and MUSCLE PAIN that's causing my body to SHUT DOWN and UNABLE to assimilate nutrients from what I eat.

On top of that is the WATER that I drink everyday that's INADEQUATELY filtered. Not to mention what the perps are actually ADDING into the water tank. It appears as if I am the only one who lives in this building nowadays and the perps just quietly drop by into the nearby rooms.

The tap water has an ODIOUS smell which is unlike the one flowing out of my sister's tap who lives in a separate building. She drinks water directly from the faucet which has only 1 small filter.  

Whereas in my room, I have to use a faucet filter (same as my sister's) afterwhich the water has to pass thru another by means of a water filter pitcher.
