Head gets HEAVY and PAINFUL all of a sudden when I stop watching TV and turn away to get up.

Upper right molar (broken) VERY SORE. There's also another PAINFUL sensation MOVING around my teeth.

While preparing for bed, got HIT by something EXTREMELY PAINFUL on the right side of my forehead and temple when I looked at the table clock (to my right) before trying to stand up to turn off the water tap.

Prior to this, while about to finish washing the dishes in the toilet (kitchen sink was sabotaged and unusable) a sudden EXTREME SHARP SORENESS around my head (from ear to ear) started.  Felt like PUKING as I sat down.

Lower back suddenly VERY SORE and STIFF.  I could BARELY get off the bed and walk the few steps to the toilet.

Had to lie down for awhile WITHOUT having brushed my teeth yet.

Woke up.  PAINFUL urge to pee starts.

Woken up by a call from a delivery staff.  Fell asleep again about an hour after I got up earlier.

Nose suddenly ITCHY and RUNNY, with a VERY SORE palate

Vehicle BEEPING.  Getting VERY DROWSY again for NO reason.

Fell asleep again and woke up just now with a VERY SORE lower back.  Even my chest and upper back felt STIFF.

A dh SHOUTING or GROWLING somewhere below with a ball SMASHING noise.

Woke up around 10 PM.  Hips and back VERY STIFF and HEAVY.   CAN'T get up until VERY PAINFUL urge starts.

Have NOT done ANYTHING else but sleep ON-OFF the WHOLE DAY.

PAIN starts to MOVE AROUND the back of my head and forehead when I stood up to prepare a small meal.  

Have NOT had a meal for about 2 days now.

Woke up. Fell asleep again after having a small meal earlier. I was still CRAVING to eat more but decided to space my food intake to prevent indigestion.

But DIDN'T like the taste of food anymore when I had the same as soon as I woke up. Felt like PUKING now.

Top of head VERY PAINFUL despite the (makeshift) anti-EMF cap I have on.  

Eyes MORE BLURRED than usual like they're being SQUEEZED. The PAIN diminishes and vision is less BLURRED when I place another layer of copper on top of my cap.

Head continues to HURT and my stomach SORE. I feel like PUKING.

Woken up by something. I thought I heard someone SCAMPER AWAY from the hallway nearby. I had NOT chained the main door yet before I got PAINFULLY TORTURED in the head and HAD to LIE DOWN to rest for awhile.

Earlier partially woken up by something SHARP PRICKING the left side of my scalp just below the back of my ear.

Left upper molar SORE and seem SWOLLEN again. This is the same molar that broke off months ago due to NONSTOP TORTURE with only a hole left and a piece of tooth sticking out.

 

Up to now I still CAN'T keep a consistent DENTAL HYGIENE or ANY form of hygiene for that matter due to these NONSTOP nerve- muscle and head TORTURES.  

There's also this NAGGING IDEA that the water in the tank is LACED with something TOXIC so I am prevented from bathing. But I also DRINK the SAME water and it's filtered only with a faucet and a water jug filter (still CAN'T AFFORD the bigger filters as I still DON'T have an INDEPENDENT source of FUNDS for OVER 3 years now).

More adult ROACHES APPEARING round the room. Earlier, one crawled onto my food (vegetable) which I temporarily left uncovered for just a few minutes at the kitchen.

A few days ago, another BRAZENLY crawled on top of my plate (still with half-eaten food) which was sitting RIGHT NEXT to me.

Private areas (front and backside), and the right side of my neck FREQUENTLY getting STUNG so that they get VERY ITCHY and IRRITATED.

The STINGING usually starts when I am being DISTRACTED from what I am writing down or doing on the phone, or when I am about to go to sleep (backside mostly).

Just recalled that my electricity bill is HIGHER than ever DESPITE the news online that the local power company had promised consumers will have lower bills this month.

Woke up. Nose STUFFY and eyes VERY ITCHY. Corners of both eyes EXTREMELY ITCHY. Something PUNGENT coming from somewhere.

Nose getting STUNG and gets VERY ITCHY but I CAN'T sneeze until I turned on my audio player.

Yesterday or the day before, while listening to local radio stations, NONSTOP MOCKING by an announcer every time she goes on air. Another station that plays classical music suddenly started to play LIVELY or FAST jazz when my activity turned frantic.

Starting to feel DROWSY now and I seem to smell something PUNGENT AGAIN. Back of my left ear lobe (top area) STINGS and ITCHES.

Banging noise outside. Feeling DROWSY again. PAINFUL urge to pee threathens to start. Left left starting to get SORE.

SUDDEN PAINFUL SURGE to pee ensues. Having a PROLONGED SHARP sensation in my private area after having emptied my bladder until I made NOISES inside the toilet.

While washing a faucet filter some minutes ago, upper back just below the center of my neck gets VERY SORE and WARM. I felt like PUKING.

I still feel like PUKING NOW and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. EXTREME PAIN going ON-OFF on my chest and/or head.

SUDDENLY CAN'T THINK and having LONG MENTAL BLOCKS. CAN'T recall VERY SIMPLE things that I want to or need to do.

Still could BARELY get up and stand up long enough to do ANYTHING until I started playing a LOUD audio file recording from a film clip.

I was finally able to wash a few plates and utensils until the SHARP WARM and SORE feeling started on my upper back again.  

Feel like PUKING AGAIN.

Corners of both eyes VERY ITCHY. Had to apply mint inside my nostrils as the skin on the bridge of my nose CAN'T seem to feel it.

Even the skin around and below my eyes and cheeks seem TOO NUMB. All I can feel is the INTENSE ITCH in my eyes.

Same eye IRRITATION and SORENESS that's PAINFULLY FOECING me to close my eyes and go to sleep.

But after placing metal and an anti-UV lens to cover my eyes the HEAVY SORENESS diminished. I DON'T feel any vertigo either when I move my head.

A vehicle is BEEPING downstairs AGAIN.
