Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back. I could barely sit up.  

Woke up earlier but I could NOT recall exactly what I did. My head feels like it's FLOATING.

But I do recall being PAINFULLY FORCED to sleep then woke up to check if the cable TV service is back. I was PAINFULLY FORCED to sleep again and left the TV on with the water tap running in a trickle (collecting filtered water).

That's how CHAOTIC my routine and EVERYTHING I do becomes when these TORTURES start.

Lower left back molars starting to get sore. Back of my neck feels SORE and I am getting DROWSY again.  

Water from a window above (which likes to NOISILY slide shut) starts to dribble noisily in front of my window.

Feel like PUKING or NAUSEOUS. Head feels VERY HEAVY and CAN'T straighten it up.

CAN'T seem to stand up now just a few minutes after she left. Feeling VERY STIFF with a SORE chest (upper center near the throat).

Getting nagging ideas to write down my reasons as to why I didn't buy certain electronic accessories which has about a 90% discount promo being offered previously in an online marketplace.  

I recall VERY CLEARLY when I saw that promo online, I was also being TORTURED with a VERY SORE chest, BLURRED vision and a HEAVY head and upper back, while a NAGGING IDEA was BADGERING me that the items are most likely DEFECTIVE (that's why they got so cheap), I don't have the main item to test if it works, and my budget is TOO TIGHT to accommodate UNPLANNED purchases that are not meant for immediate use (just yet).

I also have had MANY BAD purchase experiences with Japanese branded products.

Earlier, after a few minutes from my last entry, felt VERY WARM almost SCORCHING and HEAVY when I sat down again on the bed after getting some utensils (to eat straight from a can).  

I had to continuously eat a WHOLE BAR (about 500ml) of ICE to get some relief.

ANNIHILATE and KILL ALL these network of perps and their bosses or financiers NOW.
