PAIN starts from the left side then moves the center.

Sound of LOUD gushing tap water being turned on-off just outside the window.

Earlier, woke up to the sound of car door below being SLAMMED.

Sister (nearing 60) just had a slip on the stairs outside recently just before she left to stay with my other sister for a monthly visit. She (and my mother) is still unable to travel back home due to PAIN on her lower extremities.

Online payment platform got BLOCKED recently and I had no choice but to make COD as mode of payment.

Now the (COD) delivery is taking WAY TOO LONG and I am being remotely TORTURED with a HEADACHE.  

I rely on the security guards to make such payments (it's not part of their job so they do it as a sort of favor) since I CAN'T get out of the room.

Woke up a few minutes ago. Neck and lower back VERY SORE and PAINFUL until I placed metal objects underneath my head (while still lying down) so I can sit up.

ON-OFF SHARP PAIN in between my left forefinger and middle finger, where my hand (arm and shoulder) was SPRAINED from an INJURY sustained while riding a PUJ years ago).

Hours ago, NAGGING and ACCUSING IDEAS that I "rewarded" certain people who DON'T deserve it.

Upon checking my delivered-items shopping tracker, the idea still PERSISTS up to now when the guard I "gifted" didn't actually do his "job" well since he failed to bring an item that was already delivered awhile ago by the same courier who came up here with him.

Nagging IDEA that I was TRICKED into doing an electronic signature for something other than for a simple Return/Pickup.

Starting to feel PISSED for some reason with NAGGING IDEA that the delivered item was STOLEN.

This reminds me of the perps' OLDEST TRICK in the book. I am ALWAYS being TRICKED and EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATED (induced chest tightening with brain channeling or "echoing" by means of electromagnetic frequency, etc.) into believing that I had "signed" or "agreed" to something, even if all I did was sign an employment contract by a company that has hired me, or sign a paper that has no actual written or printed text saying what it's for even if the person (security guards or someone who claims to be an official representative) carrying it has informed me verbally.

These perps are ALWAYS FORCING me to believe that EVERYTHING that happens to me has some OTHER UNDERLYING or HIDDEN meaning to all of them that's why I NEED them and their so-called "invaluable guidance."  

As a result, these perps would CLAIM once again that they have "proven" they are "official" and they can or are "allowed" by me to do WHATEVER and ANYTHING to me that they see fit.

BRAINWASHING, MISGUIDANCE and DECEPTION is more like it.

ANNIHILATE ALL these perps and their financiers NOW.

Woke up. FORCED to go to sleep last night WITHOUT brushing teeth and chain-locking the doors. LEFT all the food (that I was supposed to cook) on the sink thawing overnight.

VERY PAINFUL urges to pee promptly starts a few minutes later with SEARING SHARP PAIN when I did so.

NONSTOP ITCHING or TWITCHING on the skin around my nose.  TOO WARM feeling at the back of my neck and shoulders even if there's a COOL air circulating in the room.

LOUD ball SMASH noise when I pass by the door. When I reply in a similar manner my left hand (thumb area) gets a VERY SHARP ITCH like it's being BITTEN by an invisible ant.  

Perps using this form of ITCH-TORTURE all over my body (including my sensitive eyes) to distract and mostly to INTERFERE with ALL my activities to DELAY or simply WASTE my time.

Also TIGHTENING around my eye area with the lower part of my left eye (eye bag) starting to TWITCH when I was half-bending down at the toilet. I was NOT doing anything STRENUOUS. Vision also getting MORE BLURRED than usual.
