Woke up a few minutes ago. Toilet still CLOGGED. Water is not as dirty but it RISES to the surface when flushed. There's also a STINK around the toilet bowl.

LOUD ball dribbling and SMASHING started. Suddenly lost my grip on an object due to a loud door SLAM from the abs-cbn perps' room.

While trying to make (similar) noises at the door, in response to the onslaughts (all the while NONSTOP NAGGING IDEAS "warning" me that I might hit myself), bone of my left thumb got hit by the stick I was using while trying to hold-off the rope tied to my screen door. There was so much clutter at the door as well (since I still CAN'T get out to throw out trash by myself) there's little room to hit the makeshift board which also acts as a shelf for a half-filled trash bag.

I feel DIZZY when these LOUD SHARP, FAST and seemingly INDISCERNIBLE "voices" HIT the sides of my head near my ears.

CAN'T BREATHE properly even after I had finished TALKING and SHOUTING for almost an hour now. Chest TIGHTENING CONTINUES with ON-OFF HEAVY palpitations and DOUBTS being "echoed" into my head.

The SHOUTING dhs KNOW this and would SHOUT BACK each time (with accurate timing) these BAD IDEAS enter my head.

LOUD TAPPING noise on the ceiling feigning "concern" while ACCUSING at the same time.

Earlier while being INDUCED and PROVOKED to SHOUT and TALK ALOUD, throat, chest and nose CONSTRICTION was also being INDUCED to make shouting OVERLY PAINFUL and INJURING my vocal cords.
