Woke up to the sound of flak (2 female voices) just outside the hallway coming from abs-cbn perps'room, followed by a door SLAM.

Car door SLAM a few minutes later after someone said "bahala ka," followed by REPETITIVE opening and closing just below my window TIMED to my movements.

Woke up about 30 minutes ago. Feeling HEAVY and STIFF from my shoulder up.

Now I feel some PAIN at the back of my neck and CAN'T sit up straight.

Water gushing out NOISE from a spout (wahing hands) just outside the window FORCED me to start TALKING BACK again just like it has been CONSISTENTLY PROVOKING me to do for the past 2 days now.

Right of upper and lower teeth and molars VERY SORE now as I SPOKE OUT (in my room while lying down due to BREATHLESSNESS) against the CORRUPT private (businesses, family clans, etc.), religious and political institutions around here and overseas in general.

VERY PAINFUL and SORE right shoulder, chest and arm after I SHOUTED at the abs-cbn perps who were BANGING objects on the hallway while I was near the door. Kids' RACKET and LOUD DRIBBLING and ball SMASHING at the basketball court.  

All of this happened about an hour ago.

Vehicle now beeping at the parking area just below my window.

PAIN started to diminish when I placed metal objects on the affected areas.
