NONSTOP TWITCHING on the side of my left eye. NONSTOP NAGGING IDEAS in my head that I am being FORCED to answer by self-talking.

NONSTOP IDEAS in my head and I have to keep talking for over 2-3 hours. Scalp then starts to get VERY ITCHY with lots of hairfall and I get VERY DROWSY too.

VERY DISORIENTED and CAN'T recall where I placed certain things with NAGGING IDEAS to find them FAST. UNABLE to prepare a meal since I woke up yesterday afternoon.

VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee recurring FREQUENTLY. Lower back gets SORE and PAINFUL when I stand up and legs feel WEAK again.  

Noticed my big toenails had gone soft and BRITTLE. I was also unaware that the small toenail on my right foot had CRACKED beyond the cuticle line and is now tender to the touch. I didn't feel any pain and wouldn't have noticed the dislodged piece of nail hanging loose until I started to cut my nails.

Apparently I CAN'T seem to feel ANYTHING or had somewhat lost the sensation to my lower extremeties.  

The blister on one of my lower left back molars seems to be GROWING every time I eat something.  It goes down when I rinse it with mouthwash or brush my teeth but it NEVER goes away anymore.  

 The blister started weeks ago after CONSTANT REMOTELY INDUCED PAIN on the jawbone just below it.  It must have been happening while I slept as I recall waking up one day with same PAINFUL molars but noticed that a blister had formed.  But I recently don't seem to feel any pain anymore like before.
