Music band playing in the compound has a RECURRING sudden LOUD BASS DISCORD or ON-OFF LOUD BASS sound of some sort going on EVERY TIME they start playing even with slow songs.   

It's VERY IRRITATING.  Going on for OVER an HOUR now.   It goes SILENT or the SUDDEN LOUD BASS sound STOPS when the music I am playing inside the room stops.

Right chest ALL THE WAY to my shoulder and arm VERY PAINFUL and SORE since 7 PM last night, in addition to the EVERYDAY CONSTANT LINGERING PAIN in my head and neck during my waking hours which ESCALATES once it gets dark.

The PAIN in my chest (up to my arm) only stopped a few minutes ago.

I feel VERY EXHAUSTED and HEAVY now (as usual) even if all I did was search for and purchase some items online. It's also NOT UNUSUAL that I CAN'T even RECALL what I did since I woke up.

All I feel now is PAIN at the back of my head even with anti-UV head covers on for protection.  

My head HEATS UP when I have my anti-EMF cap on so I have to take it off more often than not, leaving me with ONLY the (cheaper) anti-UV caps on which DON'T really feel as effective.

These perps ALWAYS make it a point to GET AHEAD of my plans and thoughts and FORCE me to do what EVERY NORMAL person in THEIR RIGHT MIND would do. Then they get MAD when I RESIST and OPPOSE their "assistance" by ASSUMING and CLAIMING that they are INDISPENSABLE.

They also have a new TORTURE POINT when they are trying to PROD me AS USUAL through PAIN like a lab rat, and that is the BONE or CARTILAGE area located at the inner side of my left elbow. It feels like COLD rheumatism when it STRIKES and the area is TENDER to the touch like it's SWELLING.  

The PAIN almost always dissipates when I put cold metal near it and my upper arm.

EXECUTE and ANNIHILATE ALL these perps and their scumbag of networks NOW PLEASE.
