My head HURTS and I get a WARM SORE throat EVERY TIME I eat the food ordered by my sister from a neighbor.

Woke up to the sound of objects being moved around in the hallway. Still felt VERY DROWSY until my left nostril started to get STUNG. Eyes starting to get VERY ITCHY too.

Someone arrived at puffer fish's room some minutes ago.  The unit next to it continues to SLAM its door over and over again.

I seem to be smelling some STENCH like a men's public urinal but my nose is CLOGGED AGAIN after SNEEZING. Not sure if this is the current smell inside the room or it just got STUCK in my nose while I slept.

I SHOUTED BACK while starting to get UNNATURALLY BREATHLESS with HEAVY palpitations and THROBBING or POUNDING in my head. I continued to TALK BACK ALOUD.

Toilet bowl VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY again after I used it this afternoon. Sink also CLOGGED as usual.

Lower back VERY SORE. Had to wash a bowl and a pan with WORMS and MOLDS while the sink gets FLOODED as usual.  

These perps with their TORTURE SESSIONS caused me to lag behind on my kitchen chores AS USUAL. 

This particular aluminum sink was poorly made and has patched up HOLES were water seeps through and LEAKS down to the wooden cabinet underneath.

I CAN'T move PROPERLY due to the PAIN in my lower back inspite of the magnetic belt I am wearing.

Hard SNEEZING. I can smell the sewers' STENCH again when I blow my nose.  It must be coming from the drainage OUTSIDE AS USUAL as the one in my toilet is covered.

Toilet bowl still VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY. The water gets STUCK now midway when flushed.   Sink also still VERY CLOGGED.

Felt HUNGER but PAIN somewhere in my chest or head when I went to the kitchen.  I then FELT ABHORRENCE for the food or I lost my appetite.  But the NAGGING HUNGER continues.

One of the items I ordered online did NOT get delivered today.
