While getting something to eat from the fridge a few minutes ago. I felt a DULL STAB somewhere inside my nose and throat and I start COUGHING PAINFULLY AGAIN with all the hard mucus trying to get out while air passage CLOGS UP.

Left hand, wrist and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL for more than an hour now.

Sink still CLOGGED.

Cable TV signal suddenly STOPPED AS SOON AS I placed an order for some groceries. It's so UNRELATED but that's usually what these perp creeps like to do to get attention.

Lower left back molars getting PAINFUL again even if I just brushed my teeth about an hour ago and only ate morsels or bits of food while cooking (to taste).

Rain had stopped. Cable TV channels (which include local channels) still NOT working.

Left arm (inner soft side just below the elbow) and fingers starting to HURT AGAIN. NONSTOP coughing has also started as I sat down to rest awhile.

UNNATURALLY strong DISLIKE for the small meal that I cooked earlier, as I eat them now. SEARING PAIN in my throat when I swallow and CAN'T seem to TASTE what I am eating except the spice, which is mild only but gets magnified due to the PAIN.

There's also a SUDDEN BLOATING in my stomach for no reason.

FLAK (female voice) started at the far end of the hallway outside the door when I was at the kitchen. Big ROACHES (2) also suddenly appeared on the kitchen counter where my prepared food (uncovered) was which I forgot to eat right away. It's surprising that these roaçhes would appear just when I happened to plug-in an anti-pest ultrasonic gadget just above the kitchen counter.

About a few minutes ago, a strong phone INTERFERENCE was starting to make my phone freeze and the apps ACT UP. I had to stop and lock my phone asap.

Woke up. LOUD fast beat sound (cheap sounding speaker) starts to play from puffer fish room when I got to the toilet. The volume goes UP then promptly DOWN timed to what I do.

Woke up earlier with VERY SORE lower left back molars and NONSTOP COUGHING. Had to COVER my head and face to diminish the onslaught. 

The window of a room one floor above mine suddenly opened about 2-3 days ago with a bare-chested dh peering outside. It's overlooking my window and whoever is looking outside can DIRECTLY LOOK into my room and see me.

The window is still open now with its slightly parted curtain.

If it's not muscle PARALYSIS (or atrophy) and DIZZINESS and some other form of PHYSICAL TORTURE that DISRUPTS my routine, it's this SORE HEAVINESS in my head with NAGGING bad feelings, ideas and flashing images type of MENTAL TORTURE that debilitates me.

DON'T seem to like the taste of water or DON'T want to drink any. I feel a LOT of PAIN in my head now while trying to unbox a package that was delivered OVER a month ago. Right hand and, particularly my thumb, ON-OFF PAIN since I started opening the boxed package.

It's dried noodles that I have been planning to cook since last week. For some reason I am ALWAYS being PREVENTED from opening it. I HAVEN'T had a decent meal since I woke up this afternoon.
