Woke up. But feeling something SORE at the back of my head and spine. Had to go back to bed.

Woke up with a VERY PAINFUL back and lower back. Could BARELY move until I placed metal on my stomach.  

Woke up earlier around 8 AM to the sound of dhs SHOUTING to each other messages. I promptly fell asleep again.

My plans to take a bath yesterday was postponed when I was FORCED to sleep. Now it's my still PAINFUL lower back and waist.

Earlier, ball DRIBBLING and SMASHING nearby started as soon as I went to the kitchen.

PAIN at the top of my head starts when I TURN AWAY from the TV.

It took me MORE than an hour trying to reassemble the metal slats I use to help diminish the OVERLY WARM E.L.F. and/or U.V. RAYS that are CONSTANTLY TARGETING my underside, back and head when I sit or lie down.

I noticed that the thin double rubber bands I use, to stuff into the loose rubber caps (that hold the metal slats together) to keep them from falling off, looked like they have MELTED. I have to replace them every week as they have gone SOGGY and seemed to have DISINTEGRATED due to intense heat.

Apparently, the rays that these TORTURE perps are using on me are so HOT that they are MELTING the RUBBER off of my makeshift metal mats.

Toilet bowl STILL VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY since I used it this morning. The water even RISES to the surface and STAYS there.

Sides of both upper arms have suddenly formed VERY ITCHY RASHES.

Woke up a few minutes ago. Lower back getting SORE again as I sat down checking on my phone that I left still connected online when I was FORCED to sleep.

Toilet bowl STILL VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY.

While brushing my teeth a few minutes ago, I was being INDUCED to CHOKE-GAG and VOMIT again even if I wasn't even reaching into my throat.

I can feel it just WAITING for me to brush my tongue before FORCING me to GAG and feel like THROWING UP. I used to follow the same routine WITHOUT any problem until I relocated to work in a foreign country (Taiwan).

Had to put on head protection so I can clear out and wash some dishes and containers piling up on the sink. But I can still feel some PAIN and POUNDING in my head.

Feeling TOO WARM and SWEATY on the back of my neck.

A dh came out from puffer fish's room just now. The room seemed vacant awhile ago.

Back of head and neck starting to get SORE again.  Dhs NOISE replaced by big kids or teenagers.

CAN'T seem to contact my sister and ask her to buy me some ice cream or popsicles. I ran out of ice cubes.

VERY WARM and SORE neck. Head PAINFUL. Left hand and arm VERY SORE PAINFUL and getting NUMB.  Random VIOLENT noises continue.

Woke up a few mins ago, and also earlier but fell asleep again, TIMED to the comings and goings of the puffer fish's room occupants.

I noticed that 2 lines of the numbers on the digital display of the newly bought air dehumidifier had started to DISAPPEAR. It started with 1 line about 2 days ago. Now another has disappeared. The unit is placed near the bathroom which is near the front door.

I also checked the makeshift bubble wrap plastic covering the hole (the whole lower half inside) of the busted screen door and noticed that some of its ADHESIVE TAPES had gone LOOSE like they were TORN OFF and left to stick back by themselves.  

I believe that's how the perps were able to insert ROACHES into the door. They would partially TEAR OFF one corner of the plastic outside before tampering with, by pushing off, the adhesives holding the plastic covering the inside.  

I cannot be too sure if they had managed to GET IN again. But I did notice that the underclothes that I laundered the other day, and RINSED WELL, had gone SLIMEY with SOAP AGAIN overnight. It might also explain why the newly bought dehumidifier is starting to DETERIORATE sooner than expected.

Pail BANGING outside the window with a dh starting to WHISTLE as I continue writing about perps' possible trespassing into my room again.

I didn't put the second lock on the main door (with the bike chain) and had left the door wide open as the room had gone QUITE STUFFY again (making my nose constantly ITCH and SNEEZE) due to the rainy season.

I also took a bath yesterday which added to the HUMIDITY inside the small AIRLESS or POORLY VENTILATED room.  My sister is also constantly complaining about the condition of the room and forbids me from hanging underclothes to dry at the door.  She is the one who bought and paid for the dehumidifier (since I don't have the means for it anyways).
