Woke up. STRONG STENCH of urine coming from the sides or walls of the toilet.  Had to douse them with water.  Woke up earlier but could barely get up.  

Initially I COULDN'T fall asleep due to a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back. Had to put a metal object between my knees to help ease the PAIN.

Still COULDN'T stand up even if I was wide awake. Then something or a sensation LIFTED or DIMINISHED from my waistline or around it and I was PROMPTLY able to get up.

The heavy and stiff sensation has somewhat diminished but it got replaced by PAIN and SORENESS in my lower back.

Just woke up.  AGGRESSIVE NOISES below and at the hallway.  I reply in kind.  And when I was being "told" to "keep my head" I started SHOUTING BACK.

Still CAN'T MOVE properly. Legs and hips are VERY STIFF. Lower back SORE and PAINFUL again.

An aunt had suffered STROKE about a few weeks ago and is now paralyzed and can't talk. She can't seem to recognize her sisters anymore either.  She's the eldest between my mother and another aunt.

Feel like I am going down with INDUCED FLU. It started as a VERY WARM feeling with VERY SORE shoulders and upper back. The SORENESS disappeared in a few minutes but the next day it was replaced by a VERY SORE lower back and SHARP PAIN in my urinary tract.

Face feels VERY WARM. Vision DARKER and BLURRY than usual.
