Sister unexpectedly arrived bringing me food for lunch. When I got back to my computer it had FROZEN. Had to restart. All the lights on my modem had also DISAPPEARED except 2.

Toilet bowl water had cleared but still VERY CLOGGED.   Pungent ODOR like urine has OVERFLOWED to the floor.  The ODOR dissipated after I doused the floor with water.

IDEA that these perps made the seller to intentionally send me the wrong item (worth less than Php20) since it fits their PROPAGANDA of being AGAINST the caucasians or the West.  

The item I originally paid for in advance was a liquid inhaler nicknamed "Arctic Blast", which I chose for its liquid properties (non-drying) as compared to the cheaper one which is in solid form. The mint helps relieve my highly ITCHY nose when I am being tortured but it also leaves it DRY and CLOGGED.

The group of perps (appeared to be a family) who was recently verbally harassing me at the hallway, accused me again of being pro-caucasian when the old woman who was with them said ALOUD "baho" (indirect reference to an ingrate or traitor based on folk sayings) when I was informing the seller about the wrong item.
