STINGING on my OVERLY WARM back.  VERY SORE and STIFF left thumb and middle finger.  All I did was rinse and resoak a few underpants last night.  They were starting to smell for being oversoaked when I failed to rinse them immediately due to same DISRUPTIVE SEMI-PARALYSIS TORTURE sessions.

These perps are now starting to FORCE me to believe AGAIN that this is another HEALTH ISSUE of my own undoing, similar to what they did with my FATHER before his DIABETIC condition SUDDENLY WORSENED,  that led to his immediate death.  He was in his mid 50s and was already getting better before the SUDDEN UNCONTROLLABLE SPIKE in his blood sugar.

This left a deep impression among us siblings that we might suffer the SAME FATE since diabetes is also hereditary.

Still BLOATING but not as painful and can breathe more normal. But when I try to reach out for something or stand up my head SUDDENLY HURTS.

IDEA suspects that the food bought by my sister from a restaurant was the culprit. It SPOILED quite easily or in less than 24 hrs at room temperature.  

Just like the rice cooked by my sister and brought here by my mother. IDEA that perps usually accost my mother while enroute to my room which is located in another building, and puts something in the cooked rice. It explains why it SPOILS quite easily in less than 24 hrs even if it was newly cooked.

Why my mother agrees to that can be explained by the lies they are most likely telling her still that it's just medication or vitamins for my mental condition, which is similar to what the doctors told me about the meds I was forced to take previously.

The so-called "vitamins" contain minerals or metal that causes the constant INSTANT BLOATING by focused E.L.F. signals or rays that leads to BREATHLESSNESS hence the DIZZY spells, in addition to the nerve-targetting TORTURES.

KILL ALL these perps NOW.
