Even trying to access a website to check on current internet credits is being BLOCKED. I have been sitting here for 3-5 hours now and doing NOTHING except troubleshoot and WAIT INDEFINITELY for the connection and my computer browser to stabilize.

Feel lighter since I woke up yesterday around 6 PM. Not heavy or exhausted. My right arm is UNNATURALLY SORE but I feel better than the yeaterday or the past weeks under TORTURE.

Toilet still CLOGGED, however, and MORE DIRTY as I moved my bowels again a few hours ago.

Started to rain a few mins ago and a PUNGENT smell from outside the door had also started.

Feeling VERY HEAVY and SORE AGAIN. It's so PAINFUL that I CAN'T even stand up to go to the kitchen and stay there long enough to rinse my mouth. I have NOT brushed my teeth yet after having a meal (dinner).

Cable TV signal disconnected upon turning TV on.  When it came back on it was timed to the dialogue "you are sensitive" from a film's character. I also felt a SHARP DIGGING in my throat causing me to CHOKE PAINFULLY.

I felt VERY PISSED and started SHOUTING BACK.

Earlier, a few minutes after I woke up, PAIN started in my stomach and a SUDDEN STRONG urge to move my bowels. I almost SOILED my underpants. 

DULL PAIN starting now in my stomach, lower back and backside. Makes me feel like moving my bowels again.

DULL PAIN on my left hip and lower left abdomen. It SMARTS and muscles seem to TIGHTEN with each movement which makes it MORE PAINFUL.

Left lower ab, hip and side flank VERY SORE and PAINFUL. CAN'T move properly. This is in addition to the general monthly cramps.

Left side (hip, ab, flank) still VERY SORE and STIFF.  CAN'T move.  Feels like I am CRACKING muscles when I do so.  Had to tie a metal object around my waist but the the SUDDEN SHOCK of PAIN when I move has NOT waned.

As usual my mobile internet connection benefits when pointed towards the direction of the source of the E.L.F.  It's obviously towards my left (puffer fish room and other areas facing my back, and from the direction of the floor).

Woke up some minutes ago. Dhs start their usual RACKET.

Left side flank and hip still VERY SORE. Toilet bowl finally goes down when flushed but that's with water only. But at times it won't go all the way down either even with just water. It's like the perps would clog the drain pipes with something porous.
