Earlier, around midnight, my broken upper right molar broke off completely. Unable to apply the cement since there were no specific instructions on the packet and online (grams, etc).  

Even the plastic scoop for measuring had to be bought separately. Seller very unwilling and said it was NOT ALLOWED to give out instructions.

Induced VERY WARM feeling starts at the back of my shoulders then INCREASES. HEADACHE follows with FASTER palpitations but I COULDN'T feel anything else but the INCREASING PAIN in my head.

It happened at the climax of a horror film (Saw). It wasn't even that scary. I COULDN'T turn away from the TV or VERY UNCOMFORTABLE palpitations or breathlessness, and a subtle MIGRAINE starts EACH time I do so.  

All the while, I feel like I'm STARVING but I CAN'T think of what to eat and have NO APPETITE.
