Woke up around 2 AM.  ITCHY nose. NONSTOP SNEEZING.

VERY HEAVY and DROWSY. Feeling VERY SORE and PAINFUL all over AGAIN and CANT move much. Being FORCED to sleep AGAIN amidst the SQUALOR of my room.

Was UNABLE to do much except heat up a meal. Meanwhile my room is still CLUTTERED and my laundry of almost A YEAR NOW still remain UNWASHED.

My sleep is ALWAYS being DISRUPTED that i end up sleeping for 3 hours ONLY or LESS until i get WOKEN UP AGAIN. Then when i am FINALLY awake i am FORCED BACK to sleep AGAIN.  

Meanwhile my room STINKS mostly due to the perps SABOTAGING the sewers, and all my stuff are VERY DUSTY. The floor is getting DARK with SOOT. Cockroaches and ants are EVERYWHERE. The toilet has NOT been cleaned for MORE THAN 6 months. And my room is still left in a state of DISARRAY due to NONSTOP (vomit inducing) MIGRAINES that stopped my efforts from over a year ago to setup a WORK AREA in this tiny CROWDED unit.

I CANNOT even open the packages I ordered online as I am ALWAYS having UNNATURAL muscle and back PAIN together with the USUAL HEAVY PARALYZING sensation at the back of my head and all the way down my back.

I DON'T have a job currently and ALL my earnings are DEPLETED thanks to the NONSTOP TORTURE that PREVENTS me from earning more than just enough to cover basic expenses, and then I am TORTURED EVERYDAY to sleep in INCREMENTS so I WON'T get enough to have the strength to make my situation any better or to fight off the NONSTOP REMOTE TORTURE being done against me.

My sister is starting to wonder what I am actually doing that i still CAN'T seem to CLEAN UP this small room despite the fact that I have more time to spare now due to my joblessness.

Someone arrived at puffer fish room (next door) NOISILY as i wrote the above.

I still have to CONSTANTLY watch my back and VIDEO record the perps staying next door and the threatening NOISES created by those coming for a visit EVERY SINGLE DAY who just CAN'T seem to muster the NERVE to pick on someone else their own size, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

I can HARDLY maintain and keep track, much less, store the HUGE amount of data about these RAMPANT NOISES around me that happen EVERYDAY.

And let's NOT FORGET how these perps used to KNOCK me OUT COLD with the same PAINFUL INDUCED sleep to get INSIDE my room via my POORLY locked screen door or through the window via the adjacent room next door, in order to SABOTAGE my gadgets, and to THREATEN me by KILLING my pets in the most IMAGINATIVE of ways.

Had to go to bed. VERY TIRED and BREATHLESS with chest and neck PAIN. Earlier while trying to wash a few plates at the sink, my back started to ACHE so BAD i had to discontinue.

LOUD ball dribbling and hoop SMASHING had also started at the court located only a few feet away below my window.

Woken up by a group of dhs SHOUTING at the TOP of their VOICES ANGRILY.  Could NOT go back to sleep anymore.

NONSTOP REPETITIVE show trailer on a certain TV channel where the dialogue ALWAYS starts with a black woman shouting "will you marry me" to a black guy.

Feeling TOO WARM around my neck. Throat starting to ACHE and go DRY. All I did was open 3 medium sized packages.  

Had to surround my neck with metal objects to diminish the OVERLY WARM feeling.

DULL PAIN on the back of my neck CONTINUES and seems to get WORSE. I could HARDLY KEEP my head up.
