Toilet bowl still VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY.  Water RISES to the surface and STAYS near the rim now.  Starting to SMELL the ODOR in my room.

CANT GET UP. Feeling VERY HEAVY on my head all the way down to my chest. Both sides of my waistline VERY WEAK or NUMB.  I can also feel what seemed like  TREMORS on my muscles.

Still CANT GET UP. VERY SORE legs.  Fell asleep again WITHOUT brushing.

Car door NOISES awhile ago.

Lower back and legs VERY PAINFUL as soon as i sat down after brushing and clearing out some containers that have PILED UP on the sink.

Feels like something BORING INTO my back.

Being REMOTELY INDUCED NOT to want to EAT anything except dessert. After ordering and having some stomach feels BLOATED.   WHAT THE HELL is going on!

REPETITIVE DULL AGGRESSIVE BANGING or SLAPPING noises from a nearby room down the hallway while DOOR slamming from puffer fish room.

More AGGRESSIVE noises downstairs outside.

Had to PAUSE work promptly. UNABLE to FINISH work ON TIME as the screen had TOTALLY FROZEN. Got back online just now.

While at the kitchen washing and putting away dishes and containers PILING UP, DULL PAIN at the back of my head and neck.  Felt NAUSEOUS.

Have to sit down.  Still have NOT brushed my teeth

Eating an apple did NOT make me feel better as chest and upper back start to get SORE.  

Nose gets VERY ITCHY.

Felt a SUBTLE DULL stab on the left side of my throat making me CHOKE as my nose is REMOTELY INDUCED to CONSTRICT. 

Apparently the ITCHY NOSE was the INITIAL constriction to setup the choking.

Felt another a SLIGHT but DISTINCT movement on same side of the throat making me FEEL like CHOKING again but it stopped short.

Nose still feels TIGHT like it has sinusitis. Normally I DONT feel my NOSE TIGHTENING when I CHOKE UNTIL recently when perps started to REMOTELY INDUCE it.

Still CANT BREATHE properly.  Almost choked AGAIN.  Left nostril CLOGGING UP now inspite of a lighted candle which usually helps unless my muscles and nerves are being REMOTELY TARGETED.

Woke up around 8 PM. Back VERY SORE. DONT feel like getting up. Felt like i was STUCK to the bed from my back.

Lower back STILL HURTS right now

COULD NOT breathe after having a meal. Meal composed ENTIRELY of vegetables. The remotely INDUCED indigestion feels WEIRD.
