THROBBING HEADACHE after i had a meal. ALL my knee joints are STIFF and SORE even if i DID NOT LIFT anything HEAVY.

REMOTELY being FORCED to COUGH by CONSTRICTING my air passage or nose while lower back is INDUCED to be VERY PAINFUL when i do.  Hearing my breath WHEEZING when i breathe.

Stomach starting to BLOAT and feel VERY HUNGRY.  Nose CLOGGING UP even if thr weather is NOT really that cold.  Left nostril NONSTOP ITCHING inside.

Just had a meal via food delivery. The container with the main ingredients was NOT SEALED.  Food portions had DWINDLED.  I ordered for a large size but the solid food DID NOT even touch the lid.

VERY ITCHY nose and palate making me COUGH. Nose CONSTRICTING while this is happening.  

Chemical SMELL or ODOR coming from outside the door.

Woke up. Someone has been using the fire escape iron grills nearby like a GONG. Reported it to the security guard via sms.

Got a pop up ad on my phone re a SNAKE GAME.

Chemical ODOR again. Nose REMOTELY INDUCED to get CLOGGED and ITCHY.

IDEA reminding me to do something but I CAN'T seem to.   Feeling some kind of CHAGRIN or VERY SUBTLE DISCOMFORT but PAINFUL somewhere.  OPPOSING IDEA NAGGING me to just watch TV.

Upper right front (broken) molar getting VERY SORE.  It was just fine earlier even after i had a meal.
