Choking after taking a small bite of a chocolate bar. Felt my nose CONSTRICTING.

About an hour ago, while putting away stuff (in preparation for bed) I felt so DISORIENTED or DIZZY that i DIDN'T NOTICE the glass water bottle on the floor and knocked it over BREAKING its glass handle leaving glass shards on the floor. 

I accidentally STEPPED on one and it made a small CUT on my bare right foot (near the toes) which began to bleed.

When i went to the kitchen to get the dust pan, a DULL banging noise came from a nearby room. NONSTOP ANGRY IDEAS started to enter my head with something IRRITATING in my chest which forced me to start TALKING BACK.

Starting to feel UNNATURAL DROWSINESS and STIFFNESS around my skull even as i chat with my sister re what food to order, to which i NORMALLY PERK UP to.

Delivery staff from a certain food delivery platform OVERCHARGING the delivery fee. Was HARANGUING and ARGUING that it was my sister's fault for agreeing to it.

Still have NOT slept since yesterday and still WAITING for another food delivery as the first one was TURNED INTO a SIDESHOW PROPAGANDA AGAIN by delivery perps.

The face of DELINQUENT delivery driver looked very much the SAME as the one whom i REPORTED months ago re similar DELIVERY ISSUES.

Had a SUDDEN PAINFUL BOUT of DROWSINESS AGAIN. It hit me SO HARD that my neck seemed to DISAPPEAR and my head started LULLING to the side.

Even while i lied down and continued to write this, I sudden LOST GRIP of my phone INVOLUNTARILY or UNCONSCIOUSLY.

Woke up just now for the second time but still could BARELY GET UP.     

FORCED to sleep earlier WITHOUT brushing teeth and locking up my door.

Organized some of the accumulating CLUTTER in the kitchen. Just when i was about to cut short putting away more stuff for another time, my lower back and spine gets VERY SORE.

While setting up to get online something VERY SORE and PAINFUL starts at the center of my upper chest joined by a developing HEADACHE making me feel VERY TIRED and have second thoughts.

Too OVERLY DROWSY AGAIN and lower back VERY UNCOMFORTABLE like a hole is being drilled into it. I had just started working online.

Woke up some mins ago. STRONG smell of STENCH from the sewers. Left nose VERY CLOGGED.  

Toilet still CLOGGED and VERY DIRTY.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
