Was about to start work online but felt VERY HEAVY and SORE from the chest down.  Something PAINFUL when i even start to think about it.

Left leg NONSTOP INVOLUNTARY nerve twitching like its being ELECTROCUTED no matter how I shift on my sitting position.  CANT sit properly and getting RESTLESS due to the PAIN and TWITCHES.  Lower back feels NUMB and SORE too. 

Prior to this NONSTOP scalp ITCHING.

The PAINFUL TWITCHING suddenly stopped when i was about to make noise. It PROMPTLY RESUMED when I started writing about it.

Could barely get up. Woke up to the sound of a dh HOLLERING ANGRILY at someone just below my window as the puffer fish whore (assaulting) next door arrived.

Chest feels TIGHT and SORE as i sat up.

LOUD DRIBBLINGS (many balls) again at the basketball court.

Feeling IRRITATED about EVERYTHING and DONT want to do anything. Felt like STUCK.

More HOOTING just outside the window.  
Chest and back getting more SORE.  LOUD DRIBBLING as dh walks below my window.

Voice HOARSE.  Felt my nose CONSTRICTED like BLOCKED but with no phlegm.  

Dh SHOUTING "hello" again (like some other dh did earlier after HOLLERING) to try HIDING HIS criminal ASS.

Just to recall, I was PAINFULLY FORCED to sleep again this morning WITHOUT brushing my teeth and locking the door.

I wake up feeling SICK, SORE and DISORIENTED EVERY TIME i am TORTURED to sleep.

VERY PAINFUL nerve TORTURE causing PAINFUL DROWSINESS has started while i am inspecting and saving surveillance videos (for upload) on my phone.

I have NOT even started WORKING or doing any CHORES yet.

VERY PAINFUL and SORE feeling around my upper torso up to my head and face CONTINUES making me MORE tired and drowsy. Having a HARD TIME standing up and WALKING around to do some chores or FOCUSING to start work.

Still UNABLE to brush my teeth since yesterday.

Now it's my eyes getting TARGETTED (cant place anything on them) making me DROWSY and feel like going CROSS-EYED.

Usual EXTREME PAIN in my chest and OVER DROWSINESS like i was DRUGGED or something was strapped to my forehead that WEIGHED A TON.

Had to sit down again. I could NOT put my stuff away due to the PAIN on top of my eyes and the HEAVY DISORIENTATION each time i move my head which felt like it was about to SLIP OFF my neck.

I know I am NOT sleepy yet because despite my ABSURDLY HEAVY eyelids and STINGING eyeballs there's a FAST PALPITATION currently happenin that's making me feel ACTIVE still.

Woke up around 6PM. Lower back VERY SORE as the makeshift metal mat I had been lying on to protect my back from REMOTE TORTURE while i slept had SLIPPED OUT of place.

Dh COUGH-SNEEZED VIOLENTLY below as i wrote the above re TORTURE.

FORCED to sleep again WITHOUT brushing teeth.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
