Lower back starting to feel SORE WEAK and NUMB as i arrange my stuff to prepare for bed. 

CANT sit straight or pull myself up. I INVOLUNTARILY had to SLOUCH or BEND halfway down my torso as sitting up straight puts me in a LOT OF SORE PAIN, and i CANT breathe properly.

I feel VERY HEAVY and STIFF all of a sudden. CANT even hold up my mobile phone.  

Left ear starts to ITCH AGAIN

SUDDENLY feeling TOO DROWSY due to something POINTED at my forehead while i was standing at the door.

I have NOT brushed my teeth yet.

I also noticed that when i have TROUBLE with INTERNET connection on my PHONE i just point my phone to the source of my bodily PAIN and i PROMPTLY GET A SIGNAL.

Have NOT had a meal since yesterday as i was UNABLE to order any food due to SIMILAR form of forced sleep TORTURE.

Its getting WARMER due to my scratching and STAYS WARM while the PRICKS get SHARPER and MORE ITCHY.

I was KEPT AWAKE ALL NIGHT self-talking while recalling what the TRAITORS did to me.

Twater started to DRIP and ALMOST FLOODED the whole kitchen floor as i sat down for awhile due to the ON-OFF HEAVINESS on my head and continued to self-talk.

Woke up.  Stomach starts to HURT for NO REASON.  Had to move my bowels asap.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
