Turned TV off about an hour ago and since then my scalp had NOT STOPPED ITCHING.

The metal i put on my head PROMPTLY STOPS the itching but it only covers the top.  As soon as the top area stops the NONSTOP ITCHING TRANSFERS to the sides of my scalp, my face and chin.

Was AWAKE all night AGAIN.

Earlier TOO WARM feeling while i was unboxing a 3 (1-liter) bottles of vinegar (for insecticide etc).

VERY HEAVY and ON-OFF VERY SORE PAINFUL feeling when i start using or reading my phone.

Left ear VERY ITCHY. I had SCRATCHED it RAW with my little finger and it's starting to bleed.

Was setting up my phone as surveillance cam before turning in. 

Toilet bowl still VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY. It's starting to SMELL despite the laundry powder I dumped in it.

Went to bed around 11PM last night and woke up around 9AM after ON-OFF sleep ALL THROUGHOUT the night.  Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL back

Toilet bowl still VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY.  DIRTY water RISES to the surface now and VERY SMELLY NOW

Left arm and fingers VERY PAINFUL Felt VERY DROWSY after i applied accupressure to it.

Dhs NOISES again and one calling out some dh's name again.

Fell ASLEEP again and woke up a few minutes ago. Scalp starts to ITCH-STING AGAIN. Back of neck VERY WARM.

Toilet still VERY CLOGGED and DIRTY.

Left inner ear VERY ITCHY again. When i scratch it with my little finger it HURTS now.

When i put metal to cover it the ITCH DIMINISHES.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
